Aleria restaurant is housed in a perfectly restored villa from the early years of the previous century. The decor strikes the perfect balance between luxury and ambience, creating an atmosphere which is quite formal but still unpretentious, cozy and elegant. Equally unique is also the space of the inner yard, where the restaurant is housed in the summer. The paved area provides the required privacy and relaxation, while still in the centre of Athens.

The philosophy of the cuisine is one that combines modern cooking techniques with memories of traditional home food cooked, a fine Greek cuisine that uses the best and freshest ingredients that the sea and land of Greece offers.

Exquisite and delicious! Everything looked as good as it tasted. The six course tasting menu contributed to this beautiful experience. The pumpkin mousse is truly amazing and every single plate is a work of art and taste… tasteful art indeed! A refined and respectful staff creates a friendly, helpful, and accommodating environment. Delicious cocktails too! Highly recommended if you’ve got the time and money.

We wanted to go to at least 1 nice restaurant when we were in Athens and Aleria was it. Fantastic food, impeccable service.

Loved this restaurant, it was incredible. The food, service, wines. Really great atmosphere - I reckon this would be at least double the cost in London. I'd contemplate flying out just to eat here again - is that too much?
