   The restaurant was empty and it still took :over 30 min to get wine. Food was ok but expensive for its quality.

   Emmanuel was our server this evening and we couldn’t be more impressed with his service. If someone from Sonesta management sees this; Give the man a raise, put him through college and send his parents a thank you card daily. Well done, sir.

   Beautiful evening to sit outside for dinner. Noeme our server took our drink and dinner order and we asked her for bread while we waited. She said yes and “would you like garlic and oil with that”? We said that would be wonderful. Our drinks arrived and 30 minutes later our dinner. During the wait my husband went inside the restaurant to have his drink refreshed. The manager came out with it and asked if we enjoyed everything. Said still waiting for bread but if not available no worries. We were assured it was coming as it was in the oven. We finished our meal and out comes our bread, a small toasted roll sliced, with butter on the side. Thank but no thanks at this point ! My fish was bland and my husband’s pork chop dry. This is a one and done for us

   A wonderful Thanksgiving day with family. We had a 3:00 reservation which was offered on the Open Table app and when we arrived, we felt a bit rushed as the staff was cleaning and tearing down while we were eating. I would have made the reservation earlier if it was available. Anyway, the food was outstanding and our server was exceptional. The noise level was a bit “over the top”. We enjoyed the Christmas decorations as well.

    First time and we loved it. Our attendant (Adriana or something like that) was funny, charming and excellent overall. Food was delicious and plenty. The only thing that bothered, was that the musician was too loud. We asked the Manager if he could lower the volume a little bit, and he did. The Hotel is inviting. We spent a very good time there.
