Love the decor/vibe, food , and just so glad Chef Paco is back in Vegas! Service was attentive and Chef Paco came out to the table to check on our experience. Will be back and bring more friends and family. We did the same when he was at El Dorado Cantina for the years he was there.

If you’re in the mood for some seriously delicious Mexican food that fells both like a cozy homecoming and a culinary adventure, you have to check out this place! This place isn’t just a restaurant-it’s an experience, and trust me, it’s one you’ll want to repeat. From the moment we walked in, we were swept by the colorful, lively atmosphere. Every dish we ordered was a hit! The fresh guacamole was just the right balance of creamy and zesty, with a freshness that made it feel like it was made just for us. But the steak mole enchiladas… chefs kiss! Another standout was the chile relleno. The best, in my opinion, was the mole on the chips! Yes, you read that right, mole on chips! To end our dinner, the churros were incredible. The service was absolutely top notch. The staff was personable, fun, and genuinely eager to make our experience memorable. Chef Paco himself came out to thank us personally and asked about our meal. That kind of attention to detail and personal touch really set this place apart. As if that wasn’t enough, he gifted us a small flan, that was amazing! Definitely will be coming back.

We ate early to get to a show. Big open space, colorful and nice. Exceptionally friendly staff. Stage ready for live entertainment. Indoor and outdoor seating. Food was very good. Vegetable fajitas, pozole, carne asada fajitas and a tres leches at the end. Far too much food but we wanted to try things we liked. Value for portions was very good. Hoping it leads the way for a neonopolis resurgence. It's only been there for a month, so it needs support to get the word out.

This place just opened 2 weeks ago and it was fantastic! Our server Claudia was super friendly and knowledgeable. Chef Paco stopped by our table to introduce himself. The food was fabulous and the portions were large! The prices were reasonable and I would definitely recommend this place as a must go to spot on Fremont Street! The view from the 3rd floor balcony added to our dining experience!
