We requested the main dining space and were put in the canteen and walk ins were prioritized :( still coming back though!

I usually love Ale but the service was horrible last night. I could tell it was understaffed. Had a reservation for 10:30 and we had to wait in line till 11. Took us an hour to get our drinks from the time we ordered and we had to go up to the bar to get the shots we had ordered as well because our server had forgot. Asked for the bill and had to wait for over an hour to get it.

Great choices of drinks , loved the seating area and vibe. Phenomenal service by our server Omar. Ale House is definitely a bar to go to!
