Excellent Food in a great atmospheres
Place needs updated once COVID is over. Looks like my grandmothers house. Food and service was great though!
Excellent service, food was delicious and provided smaller portion options at more affordable prices. Ambiance was airy, with an atrium/skylight section—totally unexpected from looking at the outside row house. Overall great experience for a special occasion!
We went here for our 30th anniversary. They treated us like a king and queen! Service was great and food was delicious!! A must visit!
Could not of been a better experience. Food, ambiance and service was all top notch. Will definitely be back.
The waitress Alex was great in fact very attentive
Will ask for her again for sure.
Escargot outstanding
Bisque a little burned.
Lobster —very overcooked was tough. And too much sauce on noodles. Love your place usually and glad you are still in business. But the chef apparently has a heavy foot so to speak.
Best

Food was delicious, service was awesome and the atmosphere was very romantic.
Thank you everyone at Aldo’s for a wonder evening. Please forgive me for this spelling, however, our server Shabaz??? was outstanding!! Your bolognese sauce is the best I have ever had.
Fantastic. Go if you get the chance! Outstanding.
Great restaurant would definitely go again. Five stars
One of the best meals we have ever had! Our server was delightful and made our anniversary very special, complete with chocolate mousse and homemade limoncello. Highly recommend the lobster fettuccine, shrimp bruschetta and meatballs!
Amazing ambiance, service and food! Definitely worth the visit, wonderful anniversary dinner ❗️
Morris, our server was the absolute best. The ambiance is perfect. My mother kept saying how much she loved the music. We had the carpaccio, foie gras, and cypress for appetizers. All were amazing. Fresh tomatoes and mozzarella, the foie gras has a cherry sauce that was to die for. Mains we had the scallops entree, Tuscan style Veal chop, whole Bronzino and pasta. Superb. Can’t reiterate enough how awesome our server Morris was. Very safe measure we taken for COVID. We felt very comfortable. We will absolutely return!
My wife and I had a wonderful meal at Aldo's. The greeting was warm and the food was outstanding. Our server was probably new. He was pleasant but lacked a few skills one would normally find in a 4 star restaurant. For example, he served a martini without an olive and we had to ask twice for him to bring one. There were a few other small examples not worth mentioning--not a big deal. The restaurant gets 5 stars from me as the overall experience was outstanding. We will definitely return.
The food served was not as described on the menu and missing key components. Everything felt over promised and under delivered and the soup was awful - we sent both of them back the cream of asparagus (missing the whipped hurrays and truffle drizzle) and the shrimp bisque had no cream and was very thin. The foie Gras was sliced into 4 small slivers to make it seems like more than the small portion it was. It was served with crostini’s and not brioche as menu said. My scallops were perfect, but the asparagus risotto was meant to be served with “blistered grape tomatoes” and instead it was served with chopped up, sad, sautéed, limp salad tomatoes. My husbands special arrived deflated and much different than the grandiose description of fresh rockfish, stuffed with crab imperial and drizzles with a butter tomato sauce. It was just sad. The whole food aspect of the dinner felt sad. Our service was excellent and our wine was stellar.
Run, don't walk to get a reservation at this place! We had never been before, but have been to every other place in Baltimore's Little Italy and this was by FAR my favorite. Not even close. The atmosphere, the incredibly knowledgeable staff, the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant were all top notch. The attention to detail is completely impeccable. Thanks for a truly magic evening, we will be back!!!!!!
We specifically sought out Aldo’s because it is a cut above the rest. It did not disappoint. The food was out of this world delicious and the service was excellent.
Very happy to spend our anniversary dinner at Aldo’s. The chosen wine, dinner entrees and dessert were all fabulous. So glad you are back open. Appreciate the spacing and precautions taken during covid times.
Aldo’s is very elegant and a perfect place to dine for a special occasion, or no occasion at all. The food was delicious (eggplant Parmesan, shrimp scampi, bucatini with lobster). Service was excellent. We felt this restaurant gives the Charleston a run for the money. The prices are a bit steep, but the portions are very generous. Would highly recommend Aldo’s.
Great service, great food, great people. Has been our favorite for several decades and still has not failed us once. You will enjoy!
If you're looking for a special night, make it at Aldo's. My husband and I went to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and left feeling so special and spoiled. We were given complementary glasses of champagne, limoncello shots, and a comped entree as well. Our dessert came with a candle and a chocolate "Happy Anniversary" sign. The food was delicious and the atmosphere is quiet and beautiful. Highly recommend.
Post COVID prep terrific...great place anytime. I recommend going back
In spite of covid-19 restrictions, the service and attention given was fully up to standards, as usual. Will keep returning whenever possible.
I had the best experience. This was the first time I’ve ever been to little Italy and I can’t rave enough how amazing the service and food were.
Simply put amazing. And I’m from NY. This place 100% competes with the best !
Food and service were excellent! Pasta and seafood were fresh and tasty.
Another great experience at this Little Italy gem! Start with the Eggplant Parmesan Tower and the Red Beet salad, my wife had grilled Bronzini and I did the Wild Boar Pappardelle. Finished with Canolli and Cappuccinos. Classic upscale Italian not to be missed!
We order the surf and turf special and was beyond perfect! From the way I order my steak to the presentation was amazing! Definitely would recommend to many friends!
Great experience as always!! Our favorite restaurant in Little Italy.
We decided last minute to get a reservation here. So glad we did. The food was great and our waiter was attentive. One side note, I had an apple tart as they were out of the profiteroles. It was okay but then in the middle of the tart it was cold. The waiter apologized and refunded the tart. All in all,it was a good dinner.
Great food & great service!!
Absolutely delicious. A little expensive, but so worth it. The pasta is fantastic as is the mushroom risotto. My husband loved the carpaccio the best. Service was wonderful. Joe is the best waiter. We'll be back.
Beautiful restaurant with romantic ambiance, the food was amazing and decadent.
Always amazing food and service
Great classic Italian by one of Baltimore's best Italian fine dining restaurants! Great service, amazing food and some of the best martinis anywhere. We started with two martinis from the bartender, Anastasia, fried calamari and then shared their fresh Mista salad followed by the Pappardale Cinghiale (wild board ragu) and the Orecchiette. Our server, Rick suggested we take the leftover Orecchiette home and add some fried eggs for breakfast. Amazing! Put this on your list if it is not already!
Loved the old school Italian vibe. The duo and trio options of pasta speaks to my soul. I love how they promote they can make things not on the menu as well if they have the ingredients
Aldo's is one of our favorite spots in Baltimore. It's great for a romantic evening out or meeting up with friends for wine at the bar. The food is delicious, especially the Eggplant Parmesan and the Veal Francese. Their housemade Limoncello is as great accompaniment with any of their delicious desserts.
One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. All necessary precautions were taken to protect both guests and staff. The renovated ladies room was beautiful.
This was our first visit. From our greeting at the front door, at every step of the way, everything was elegantly executed. On a scale of 1-10 - Aldo's is a 12.
A literal gem in Baltimore. We had heard nothing of the restaurant and didn't know what to expect but were absolutely blown away by the quality of food and great service.
