   The bean and sausage cassoulet side dish was excellent. I had the short rib sandwich and my guest had the smash burger, both Tuesday specials. We sat in the courtyard. Both were ok; the problem was that by the time we were served the food was cold. The Mad Tree lager beer was cold and delicious. I would go back to try brunch.

   I adore their strawberry painkiller - best I've ever had! And the tofu sandwich was delicious! Will definitely be back!

   I’ve always loved Alcove, but just had a disappointing brunch there. I got the steak and eggs. The eggs were cold and overcooked. I ordered the steak medium and it was red. I can’t eat meat that undercooked so I had to send it back and it took forever to get the fixed steak. Hopefully this isn’t the new norm there. Also didn’t love how the waitress didn’t try to make it up to us in anyway and also didn’t seem apologetic with all these issues at all.

   Was great, had an opportunity to celebrate my wife’s 34th birthday while still being able to bring out our 20 month old. The service was really good.

   We always enjoy our time at Alcove. On this visit though the music was playing much louder than normal, loud enough that it interfered with our ability to talk to each other at the table.

   Our server was fantastic and attentive. The food and drinks were tasty. The place was super busy with all tables filled. Alcove never disappoints.

   Overall ambiance won and is worth trying. Pros The Vibe- esthetically pleasing. Drinks were refreshing including mocktails The cinnamon roll was delicious and the burger was amazing Cons Scone, was overcooked and should not been served. Eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns were lukewarm at best. Pricing could be pro or con depending on budget.

   Ok the coffee, tea and juice prices are so inexpensive for this level of atmosphere. Loved our brunch!!

   We had a reservation and asked if we could sit outside since it was a beautiful day and it was much quieter outside. The hostess seems annoyed with this request. After we were seated however, the wait staff, drinks and food were wonderful. The outdoor seating is lovely and our server was very friendly and attentive.

    A unique ambiance, wonderful food and drinks. I took my mother-in-law and 5 yo daughter here after the ballet, and it was lovely. We got non-alcoholic lattes, salad, the quiche, and a kids meal. The food was great, for $12 I was impressed at the size of the quiche, small salad, and tater tots. I am gluten intolerant and was excited to hear both quiche options were GF crust. The restaurant is beautiful inside and I want to go back to try to cocktails on a date night. I also love that they take reservations, we didn't have to wait at all.
