   What a fantastic experience ! Thanks to Sam and the rest of this amazing team for a Michelin star quality meal. Only 1 thing there should be a description card explaining each course.

   The 10 Course fixed menu was incredible! Unique ingredients, flavors, and presentation. Our server was attentive and very sociable. All the staff were smiling and helpful😁. Highly recommend if you're in Guadalajara - takes about 2 1/2 hours🤩

    Thank you Alcalde for the most incredible dining experience myself and my wife have ever had. The food and presentation were the most beautiful and absolutely delicious. I can't remember the last time I've actually scraped my plate clean! With the incredible service and quality of experience, you have for sure guaranteed a second visit from us, and next time the tasting menu for sure!
