In its bright and colorful restaurant, Alcalde serves modern Mexican cuisine with upscale flair in its friendly, Guadalajara-area eatery. The tostada de atún tuna piled on a crisp tostada with guacamole and radish and the tartar of smoked tomato juice, scalded egg yolk and pickled vegetables make unique and tasty starters. Some of Alcalde's specialty entries include the smoked octopus with vegetable risotto, the duck in adobo sauce with shrimp, chilies and eucalyptus and the juicy steak in pan jus.

Alcalde's coconut parfait with raspberry ice cream, elderberry juice and cilantro makes a perfect end to a delectable meal.

Es la segunda ocasión que visito este restaurante y la calidad es su esencia, excelente servicio y presentación de los platos, no había el vino seleccionado pero las alternativas fueron muy buenas, en general una muy buena segunda experiencia.

El Restaurante Alcalde superó mis expectativas, he conocido Restaurantes elegantes y lindos, sin embargo es por mucho el Restaurante con la comida más deliciosa, es un manjar cada platillo. Celebre el cumple de mi esposo y le regalaron un postres delicioso. Recomiendo el pato, y el arroz con leche es delicioso

El Alcalde es el mejor restaurante de esta ciudad. Nada puede salir mal cuando: Tienes un excelente servicio al cliente, todo un staff increiblemente amable y profesional El ambiente es agradable La carta tiene delicias en las entradas, en los platos fuertes y en el postre Si no has ido al Alcalde, quiza te quede la duda por que Guadalajara está catalogada como una de las ciudades con mejor gastronomía del continente. Cuando lo visitas, tus dudas quedan completamente resueltas.
