Albert's Standish is a stunning restaurant and bar which also has a private dining room and 2 private event spaces. The restaurant space can accommodate dining for 200 guests and a fabulous covered and heated outside dining terrace perfect for alfresco dining.

The venue has ample car parking and provides a picturesque environment for dining. The menu includes traditional British favourites like home-made Lancashire Cheese and Onion Pie as well as cuisine inspired by the family’s travels around the world.

The restaurant is open Tuesday - Sunday for lunch and dinner, Saturdays and Sundays are also open for breakfast.

Alberts Standish offers three unique spaces for all types of events from weddings, corporate dinners and presentations to private parties. The spaces accommodate anything between 20 and 250 guests. We offer a wide range of menus specially created by our chefs and inspired by the seasons using only the finest of ingredients. Flooded by natural daylight, all our spaces and the rooms are versatile and as equally suited to private parties and celebrations as they are to networking events, lunches and dinners. We offer a full event planning service and every event is tailor made for you. We can arrange all aspects for your event and provide all the finishing touches to make your event perfect.

Did not expect a table of 11 to be sat next to the kitchen on a Tuesday evening Being sat near the kitchen or toilets (not possible in Alberts I appreciate) should be reserved for people who arrive last minute not people who book weeks ahead

So lucky to have this on our doorstep. Alberts is a classy venue at reasonable prices. Great service too.

Excellent value for money, a lovely atmosphere, our waiter , michael was very attentive and aware and polite, three dishes for nineteen ninety five , what a bargain we will be back the very soon.

Lovely meal outside - served by Becky? (Irish lady) who was very friendly and attentive. Had the sticky chicken nourish bowl which was delicious!

Staff are exceptional and very efficient. However my food was on the cool side as though it had been sat for a while to be delivered.

It's wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the service We are however sorry to hear that your food wasn't quite hot enough when it arrived, please accept our sincere apologies for this. We do have strict temperature checks in place before food leaves the kitchen so we will look into what went wrong in between this and your food arriving. We do hope we were made aware on the day, to give us an opportunity to change your meal and ensure you were satisfied. Never the less we will look into it to avoid a future reoccurrence. We were 6 ladies celebrating a 70th birthday at Albert’s, Standish. We had a lovely afternoon. We were seated on a round table which was perfect for chatting to everyone. All our food was excellent and the service was spot on too. We will definitely be back.
