   Met my friend for breakfast at 10am, was shown to our table by a very polite young lad, the food, service and seating area was excellent and all the staff who served us were very smart, polite and efficient something that sadly is lacking in other places we've been but Albert's is certainly a cut above & we will look forward to going again and can highly recommend to others.

   The food was expensive for what it was actually worth for example 6 ravioli for £25 !! And a glass of cola was nearly £5 The Garlic bread was like M&S flat bread with tomato sauce. It’s lovely inside and the service was good. But it did feel like I walked into a local night club.

We regularly review our pricing to ensure it reflects the quality of ingredients, the preparation involved and the overall dining experience we give.    Plenty of space between tables. Didn’t have to wait long for food to be served. Good quality of food and great atmosphere. Sat outside under the heaters. Will be going again.

   We took our daughter to Albert's for her 21st birthday! We loved the whole experience and the atmosphere was outstanding. From start to finish the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was to much! We would defently come again and I reccomend it to anyone Thank you

   We were a table of 7 some of the dishes arrived barely warm almost cold. They changed them immediately but it's so awkward having to complain. They still presented the bill with no acknowledgement of the error.

You're absolutely right, our food should come out piping hot and we can only apologise again that it didn't.     I checked the bill to make sure everything was correct did not notice the 10% service charge at the end of it till I got home we even gave a tip as well when we paid turned out a very expensive night. I am quite sure when you priced the menu you had taken in consideration the serving of it. How do I get my discretionary 10% back

    Hi Christine, thank you for leaving us a review after your recent visit to us. We hope you had an enjoyable evening. Sorry to hear that there has been some confusion over our service charge. Our service charge is presented on the bill as 10% discretionary and is split between our team, it is not used to pay towards the staffing it's to give to them as a tip and has been really rewarding for our team since we started this in 2023. It however can be removed from the bill no problem at all. Sorry if it wasn't spotted on the bill and therefore a tip was paid as well. If you wish to seek a refund for this service charge, please do reach out to us directly (by phone or through our website) and a manager can give you a call to discuss further.
