Albert's is a neighbourhood wine bar nestled behind the heritage listed Kings Arcade in the leafy backstreets of Armadale. Our bar is named for the Australian artist, Albert Tucker who once resided in the area and more importantly depicted our beautiful 19th century building in his 1937 landscape.

We offer an ever-changing list of exciting wines by authentic small batch producers from all over the world, along with many classic 'non-wine' drinking options. Don’t expect a traditional restaurant menu, our kitchen offers up a variety of smaller, seasonal plates that are designed to share. Order one or two as a snack or combine several to create a more substantial meal.

On Sunday, 10th August, we’re teaming up with Avani Winery for a special Sunday lunch as part of Broadsheet’s ‘Dine Out’ festival. Avani (meaning “Mother Earth” in Sanskrit) is a family-run winery, cellar door, and restaurant nestled in Red Hill South. Their highly acclaimed wines are crafted biodynamically using low-intervention methods, and their Indian-inspired restaurant menu makes Avani one of the most distinctive and creative destinations on the Mornington Peninsula. Join us, alongside Avani winemaker Rohit Singh, for an all-Avani by-the-glass wine menu featuring both current releases and rare museum wines. The wines will be paired with a special Albert’s x Avani à la carte share-plate menu, designed to pair perfectly with the wines.

My girlfriends and I had a great night dining at Albert's Wine Bar. The food is delicious and the service very attentive and warm. The ambience is amazing. Would recommend AWB you won't be disappointed.

We had booked a table for 2 outside on a cold Saturday night in July, however it did not matter as there is ample heating for every table outside. We ordered cocktails and some starters which came out nice and quickly. The food for mains was the highlight, however it must be noted how attentive and impressive the staff were, especially considering how busy the place was. A great atmosphere complimented by a great experience. We will be back.

Such a lovely atmosphere. The waitstaff are so friendly and attentive . The temperature was perfect, drinks and food excellent and the evening could not have been nicer. Thank you

We had such a lovely dinner last night at Albert's in the private room. We were a group of 8 and it was the perfect number. Room was gorgeous, it felt intimate but not cramped at all. Food as always, was delicious as was service and atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Great little wine bar with delicious food. Sat outdoors which was lovely with the heaters but could be improved with better sized tables and not being positioned on a slope

As always, just outstanding. Lovely food, an exceptional and changing wine list, lovely cocktails, and consistent, first class service. I also greatly appreciated the fact that I had mistakenly booked for the next Friday and, despite being busy, a spot was found for us. Albert’s is simply a gem!
