   A very nice restaurant. I liked the simple menu and the food was wonderful. Ambience was fine and the service was good yet could have been quicker.

   The restaurant was very quiet for lunch time. We had a reservation as we had a large group and expected it to be busy, but we were one of two tables there. overall, i would say it was okay. would only recommend if you need something close by and don't want to wait for a table.

   Strangely empty at lunch, but the service was great and the food was just fine. I found the menu was a little limited, especially if you weren't a fan of beets. Hope to see more bodies in there next time.

   Unfortunately, the restaurant in its current form doesn't measure up to the previous restaurant that was there, Tavern 1903. The room is a great spot for a great restaurant in the centre of downtown. But the menu is uninspired and limited, the food was fine, but not really good. Same with the service. Nothing particularly wrong, just nothing really great about the place (except the room). It's telling that on a Saturday evening in December, the place was 2/3 empty.

   Food was good, rich. The agnolotti with bone marrow was fabulous. Service was bad and our waitress had body odour. The wine list is very limited, and hard to read the font is very light. Lighting in bar is too bright for ambiance. People should try it for the food, but I probably won't be back. Better options in town

   A very nice warm atmosphere for a dinner with friends. Historically significant building with 100+ year old decor pieces from the original hotel.

   I have a weakness for places that do anything with bone marrow as well as these guys do. The pork cheeks were fantastic as well and the cocktails available at the bar never disappoint.

   First time here. There are two different sides to sit in- one more casual on the bar side and a more formal dining area. The service was good. There's a nice cocktail, wine and beer menu. For my entree, I ordered the braised pork cheeks with mushrooms and buttermilk polenta. So good! I have been raving about this to friends and family and will definitely go back again for this dish! My husband got the duck breast but wished he'd got the pork cheeks. We were too full for dessert but the dessert menu looked good.

    We really enjoyed every aspect of our dining experience on this occasion. Very friendly and professional service. Outstanding meals that all 4 of us raved about. Prices reasonable and very good value for the quality.
