    The food was great! There was a mistake with reservation but the hostess went out of her way to help and it was a great dinner! The cannoli is also quite a treat!

    The grilled octopus, papardelle, and trotolle dishes were phenomenal. My Goldenroad seasonal cocktail was cloying, but very beautiful. My husband's Rockefeller cocktail was very good. The branzino was slightly overcooked, but still tasted good and had a nice grilled flavor. The sauce that accompanied the branzino was butchered. It was so salty and unbalanced it was difficult to know what was even in it (though, I know it has tarragon - a very delicate herb). The bison filet was good, but the side of squash that came with it was forgettable and the steak had no sauce at all which would have helped since bison is very lean. Our server was fine, though there were several occasions of us pushing dirty dishes to the edge of the table and then sitting there for quite some time. Also, I had finished with my cocktail a solid 15 minutes before anyone removed it and one server even moved it out of the way and poured me a glass of wine without taking it. The server and manager both sort of made us feel a little awkward and unwelcomed which may have been due to our toddler who came along. Overall, it was good not great and for the price, you expect great. The pasta dishes however, were great.

    Was a wonderful dinner. Food and service were excellent! Restaurant was a bit smaller than I had originally anticipated, but I actually see that as a positive. Morgan was our server. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable and attentive (but without being intrusive.) Manager, Kari introduced herself to us and was always seen supporting her crew and filling in when needed to ensure diners needs were being met. Great evening!

    Hands down the BEST Italian restaurant I have been to in the Pacific Northwest. The homemade pasta is to die for and the cocktails are yummy. We will definitely be back !

    We celebrated our anniversary here. The food and drinks were terrific. We started with the burrata appetizer, each had pasta dishes, and we couldn't resist the pistachio cannoli for dessert! Can't wait to come back.

    A gathering of 4 friends for dinner to catch up and have Italian food was not the cozy Italian place we had hoped it would be! High ceilings and brick wall made for very noisy eating. I'd say leave it to those in their 20 - 40 age group. Food was good.

    Alavita never disappoints. Cheerful friendly knowledgeable staff. Food is always creative and prepared to perfection. Being Gluten Intolerant I have an immense appreciation for the fact that the majority of the menu is or can be modified to be gluten free. It’s a treat to dine out and feel safe in such a lovely setting. I appreciate you Alavita!

    If you’re looking for authentic Italian food this IS NOT the place for you. The serving sizes are small, were very very sweet in taste and don’t even get me started on the “tiramisu”. Long story short don’t waste your time or money on this. You aren’t missing out trust me.

    Our service from the bartender was too notch. She knew her stuff and gave great recommendations. The code is great, a casual modern setting. The food is really tasty but for me, the pasta to meat ration is off. Just like my bolognese before, my duck confit pasta was light on duck. Everything tasted good, my dish always had me hunting for duck with every bite, which was not possible. For me, more duck and a little less pasta would be perfect! BTW - have the vanilla budino with the pretzel toffee!!!

    The wife and I went here for our anniversary. The food from start to finish was fantastic! We at appetizers to desert, drinks etc. The full package. Service was equally as impressive. We loved it! We have full intentions of returning very soon.

    Unfortunately, the food was not great. For the price, it is definitely not worth it. We ordered the branzino which wasn’t flavorful and actually a little dry. The black ravioli was hard and cold. Would not recommend. We didn’t even finish our food or drinks. Sad this place is going downhill.

    My husband and I came here for the first time on our anniversary. We really enjoyed the food and the service was great. Mary was very full of life and enjoyable to interact with! Loved the calamari and the grilled artichoke hearts.

    Wait staff put in the wrong order. Took forever to get the wrong order. Apology was far from sincere. They did quickly bring the correct order. No adjustments or acknowledgment of mistake at the close out. I understand mistakes happen and I understand how to make amends. They need attention in this area.

    Enjoyed our first visit. The server, Maria was delightful. We started with the calamari appetizer which was delicious & perfectly cooked! My husband had the signature pasta bolognese which was very good. I had the Branzino, the presentation was nice but the fish was fishy tasting and not seasoned. The skin was not crisp, soggy. The succotash was very good. Probably would not order again. Overall we really like the experience and will go back. I will try the different pasta dishes next time!

    The appetizers and salad were amazing but several of our entrees were way too salty. So much that we couldn’t eat as much as we would have liked. The atmosphere is great and very comfortable!

    Nice ambience in a smallish restaurant. I like that you can see into the kitchen from the dining room and watch them preparing the food. The caesar salad is not the typical caesar, but I loved it, especially the macerated onions. My husband had the bison tenderloin and devoured it. I had their seasonal agnolotti pasta with asparagus and pancetta, and it was absolutely amazing. Lemony, and cheesy, and perfectly seasoned. I love that they make their own pasta in house. We shared both the pistachio cannoli and the chocolate tiramisu for dessert. Cannoli was very good, but gotta say the chocolate tiramisu was likely the best dessert I've ever had. Service was attentive without being overly so. Food arrived at a good pace. Didn't feel pushed to finish a course because the next one had arrived.

    I order the lemon pasta. I can’t remember the name of it but it came with 8 pieces of pasta. For $25, I expected a little bit more. It had amazing flavor just wasn’t a big serving.
