   We were seated on time and ignored for 20 minutes as numerous wait staff passed us by. Had to actually flag down a waiter. Incomplete table settings were only rectified by asking twice. My husbands drink was taken before he was finished without asking, yet leaving empty glasses on the table. The manager did come by and apologized and credited some of our drinks and appetizers which we appreciated but it was our last night and we were hoping for a far better experience.

   Overall not impressed. The tagliatelle was served in a gloopy thick cream sauce that was pretty tasteless and unappealing. The pork chop was ok though lacked any flavour. The pricing is expensive and not worth it for the quality served. Friends said the chicken was nice so may give it another try and write it down to the wrong items chosen.

   Fantastic meal with a beautiful view of the sunset. Our server, Nick, was fantastic and we loved the food. The focaccia they serve at the start of your meal is amazing!

   Disappointing level of service. I understand if the kitchen is slow, but don’t leave us sitting there for an hour without communicating that. Food was good. For dining next to the ocean, it was somehow set up to not maximize it.

   Sunset view is awesome. Hostess and wait staff terrific. Quality of food for price paid was okay - generally in line with what other resorts charge. Can find better food value if you want to leave the property.

   excellent food!!! However I was disappointed with the overall experience. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday. Although I had advised of this soecial occasion upon my reservation, our server never mentioned it during dinner nor was there an offer for a soecial birthday desert.     This is a beautiful restaurant with friendly staff, however the food left a lot to be desired. I expect that this was once a great restaurant and it likely will be again, but currently not recommended. Try Beach House instead. It was really terrific.

    We had a reservation for 7pm. When we arrived they couldn’t locate the reservation. I showed them my text confirmation from open table. The restaurant was empty and attempted to turn us away.

    Second time there. We stayed at the resort for almost a week and dining options are limited. The first time was pretty bad. Everything was overcooked and salty. The second time was better but the tartar had so much soy sauce the fish got lost, and $100 for lobster and rice is crazy - even for a resort. The coffee crusted filet crust was too gritty unfortunately. 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, 2 cocktails, 2 glasses of wine : $350. For that price point it should be stellar which it wasn’t.

    The buffet was excellent but I would have preferred to have some a la carte menu options as well. Wasn't really in the mood for the buffet but made the best of it. One of the best Bloody Mary's I ever had, loved the bacon garnish!

    We were seated add our arrival time. Our server was Connor. Connor was very attentive and engaged in conversation about the island and his own personal history on the island. We enjoyed him as a server. He was friendly and professional. He treated us to an ice cream dessert for our anniversary. Well done!!!

    For a high end resort our dining experience was terribly disappointing. It was our 25th anniversary which they knew about and we were sat next to the kitchen entrance and beside a large table of adults in their flip flops and hats ordering off of the children’s menu. It was ridiculously loud, my pasta was under cooked and our server didn’t seem to be aware of anything or care. Our recommendation is for a resort like Turtle Bay to offer a quieter, more high end dining experience. Everything else at the resort was excellent but this meal left us with a terrible memory.

    Commenting only on experience and service since we did not end up dining there. Reservations were 645 but my fiancé and I finished golf earlier and got there around 610. When we arrived there was A TON of empty tables with no one there so we asked if we could be seated earlier. The hostess said in 10 min she could but would have to wait for 8 parties before that had earlier reservations. Again this doesn’t make sense when half the restaurant was empty. She had us wait on the side and stated she would get us when our table was ready. We saw her walk more than 8 parties to tables. Twice I even made eye contact and smiled at her, still patiently waiting. Fast forward to 25 min later and nothing. That’s when we got fed up because she never came back. What kind of service is that. At this point the line to check in was long so we left. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Come to think of it, we shouldn’t even have made reservations and just walked in. Maybe then we would’ve been seated when we arrived and there was NO ONE THERE. Makes absolutely no sense.

    Beautiful view of the ocean and pool area. Service was great. Food was delicious. Restaurant is inside the Turtle Bay Resort whip is breathtaking. . Food and drinks are expensive but good for a special occasion

    Very good location and views. We got the chicken dish and the seared ahi. Both decent but definitely overpriced for the quality and flavors. Kids had burgers and they were very charred. Fries and burrata salad were good.

    There were 5 of us, 2 kids. Unfortunately I don't have anything nice to say about that meal. Pork chop was about 2" and raw in the middle, risotto was a hodgepodge of citrusy flavors that just were terrible and bitter, coconut soup was so bland we couldn't doctor it up to enjoy it, chicken tenders from kids meal was previously frozen (Tyson?) and mac and cheese was also extremely bland and dry. The general consensus: AWFUL and Yuck. One of the people in our party literally just ate bread because nothing appealed from the menu. We pushed our plates aside and left hungry and disappointed. Extremely overpriced. Shame on your Turtle Bay for price gouging your visitors to recoup your $200M renovation. Price gouging all throughout the resort.

    Alaia restaurant was ridiculous over price and food was horrible. The clams horrible tasted like they were frozen and out of a box/ straight from the store. I had the Hamachi, tasted good but it was undercooked. Kids meal was basically the same as food we ordered at the pool. Kids had no other options very sad. No really juice (fruit punch, or even apple juice ) for kids except pog which again was ridiculously priced. $8 juice for kids, at least offer 1. Almost $200 meal for one adult and two kids and literally had one cocktail. Not worth it don’t eat there.

    We had a great stay at Turtle Bay. I was a little concerned that being further out on North Shore in Oahu, there may not be a lot of options for Gluten/Dairy allergies. However I was pleasantly surprised with our experience at Alaia. The service was on point, dinner menu was great with options for me (vegan) and one or our children (gluten and dairy allergy), the view was amazing and over all couldn't ask for anything more during our experience. I highly recommend if you get a chance to visit Alaia!

    Beautiful place! We were not sure how the buffet worked, but Manu (one of the chefs) gave us the rundown. It was good. They had all kinds of stuff: Eggs Benedict with Kalua pork, mahi, you can order an omelette with whatever you want, pancakes, waffles, breads, bagels, cheeses, cold cuts, all kinds of fruits, oatmeal, chia pudding, etc etc etc. If you can eat a lot, you’ll definitely get your $’s worth. I don’t drink coffee ☕️ but our friends said it was really great coffee. We were the last ones there and then moved to one of the tables in the lobby (with the great views), and talked another 3 hours. Great job remodeling the Turtle Bay! Awesome experience overall.

    Ambience was incredible! The ocean and sunset made a beautiful combination along with the delicious food! Service was incredible! Nick knew his stuff and was charming. Really was great with my grandson! I feel it’s the best restaurant on the North Shore. Quality has really diminished at LeiLeis and Roy’s.
