Aperto nel 2013 Al Mercato Noodle Bar propone piatti che nascono dalla “passione” che lo chef ha per la cultura culinaria asiatica. E quindi quale pietanza la rappresenta meglio se non i noodle? Questi, in viale Bligny, a pochi passi da Porta Ticinese, vengono serviti nelle diverse varianti: stir fried o soup e poi sempre accompagnati da diversi condimenti.
