Veal chop - 3 out 5 it too was over cooked
Dry aged Ribeye - 2 out 5 did not have that real dry aged flavor and was tuff
Cheesecake - 4 out 5 good and dry like a NYC cheesecake should be this is not the Cheesecake Factory version at all
Apple Cobbler - 3 out 5 crust was tough and to much cinnamon

Over all there is promise here but with so many places, most only get one chance and Al has lost my interest with subpar food for this level of restaurant. The staff was great.

The waiter was dismissive when he was present but mostly MIA. The Kc strip steak I had was marginal at best. The Brussels sprouts were way too salty too. The room was so loud we ended up shouting at each other. Not the high dining experience we were wanting at all. It was dinner for4, 2 couples. Unlikely we will return.

Delicious steaks and great cocktails in a traditional but modern setting. Professional friendly and gracious service from the management to the hostess and the wait and bar staff. Great for a special occasion or weekend meal.

The meal was good but not great and when I spend this kind of money it should be very memorable but was not. I would not return.

Our family celebrated 3 birthdays at our dinner. We had 3 children with us and they were delighted to learn there was a children’s menu. The steaks were delicious and perfectly cooked. The sides and appetizers were great too and the three complementary desserts for our three birthday celebrants were wonderful. We had a wonderful evening.

Over priced for what is served. Servers kept trying to take plate and offer to go box while we were still eating. We had to ask about desert options. Will not return. Too many other tier1 steak houses in Dallas with great service, food, etc.

Visited previously and food and service were good. Sevice was great during my most recent visit. However, the Scallops and Tiger Shrimp were overcooked. And the rice bed under seafood was undercooked. Flavors in rice were odd also. I mentioned this to waiter and they offered free dessert to compensate. Much appreciated. However, for a $200 meal for two people I would expect better food. Will not be going back.

This was my first time at the North location. Our waiter Mark was good, and the highlight along with the steak and osso bucco. The rest of the experience was not on par with the Oak Lawn location. At one point it appeared as though the manager was playing with his nose (or possibly picking at it) while walking to the hostess stand. The cheesecake was served warm, which made it taste bad. Overall, I wanted to like the North location as much as I like the Oak Lawn location but just didn’t.

Wonderful experience for a nice dinner out with friends. Will absolutely go back.

Food was outstanding, service was impeccable. The noise in the bar area was a little loud, but everything else made up for it!

This was our first visit to this location. It won't be the last. We enjoyed lunch very much. The location is very attractive and Al's staff are traind and efficient. Good job, Al!!!

One of my favs. Went to the one on North Dallas this time. It was noisier than expected, but everything else was great .

Everything is always top notch at Al Biernat. Our server, Bonnie, was AMAZING! We were celebrating two birthdays at our table and she went out of her way to make our evening super special. We will definitely be back.

Service was mediocre at best. We had to ask the wait staff several times for items we had requested when first ordering. The vegan dish was terrible, being mostly rice with a mediocre amount of black beans and a few vegetables. The sea bass was good, but the birthday evening was marred by the service, or shall I say lack thereof.

Seneca was the gentleman who took care of our table of 10. He was funny, energetic, took pictures of our group and overall gave excellent service. We were pleased to have him as our waiter. Always have a good time when dining here.

Meh. Better food is expected for the price--6 diners all ordered different entrees outstanding wine recommendations and gave welcome suggestions to order a half salad.

Superb. The black bean soup was amazing! So glad our server recommended it. Both of us had petite filets and they were cooked to perfection. We will always go back to Al Biernat’s when we are in Dallas!

Lovely meal and excellent service. A standby restaurant that doesn’t disappoint.

We used to go to the one downtown but thought we would try this location for dinner. The food was good to very good but our server was just ok. She wasn't bad but she wasn't great, hence the "ok". I'm hoping our server was having an off night because this location is more convenient for us and there are so many restuarants up North now there's really not a need to drive downtown.

Lovely lunch but particularly great service by Bonnie who upon realizing I left my credit card on the table called me and saved me aggravation to come. Thank you!

As usual we were not disappointed. As we checked in the front desk staff wished my husband a happy birthday as did our waiter. The food was incredible and served impeccably, as we shared our courses.

In all a great experience.
