Chef Akira Back opens his first Canadian namesake restaurant in Toronto’s Bisha Hotel.     The experience was very good, the setting, lighting and atmosphere was exquisite. I personally enjoyed the ribeye steak, the show me the rolls sushi, and the brother from another mother rolls. Our server Raay was very helpful and catered to all our needs. Raay made the experience 10x better!

    We had a lovely experience at Akira Back. Beautiful ambience and food was exceptional. The tuna/mushroom pizza was delicious as other reviews noted. Wagyu tacos are a must try - amazing!! Also had the cucumber salad and it was like no other. Presentation was incredible and it was delicious. We followed that up with two signature rolls that were fabulous. Cocktail selection was creative and service was great! Highly recommend a visit.

    What a unque experience! Fish was fresh, staff were knowledgeable and helpful with deciding which menu to try. Presentation was beautiful. We will be back with friends and family. We will also look for their other locations as we travel the globe.

    A great night out. The server did a great job, she had a personality that suited the evening and provided the appropriate level of attention. The food was very good and the experience enjoyable. I would return.
