   Pricing was too high, small menu. 4 items were unavailable. Restaurant was clean and staff was great! We were not guests in the hotel.

   The food was horribly unseasoned and the cost of the food was extremely expensive . I expected so much more from a Michelin Star chef. Extremely disappointed for the money.

   We had an amazing time visiting this bar and restaurant and were also lucky enough to have met the man himself - the drinks and food were excellent- views are the best on the island 💕

   BEST view on the island. Insist on an outside table. The inside lacked energy and view. Great cocktails. Apparently the chef has dozens of these restaurants. The food was good, but we found a flaw in every dish. The tuna pizza was topped with a simple raw onion or cherry tomato slice. The onion over-powered the dish - big mistake. The crust also had too much butter. The yellowtail jalapeño dish is the worst version. Simple fish with one piece of jalapeño, over a pool of thick soy. No true flavor; needed some ponzu or citrus. Big miss. Your average sushi restaurant in the US does that dish much better. The hot mess roll was also a miss. Nothing inside but avocado which we couldn't find. So just a pile of diced fish (usually cutoffs) on top of rice. The 'spicy ponzu' was a mayo based sauce and we could only taste mayo. The wagyu taco was good but lacked any garnish to add dimension. Go for a drink and the view at sunset, and then do dinner elsewhere.

   View and drinks were amazing, service was great, they were out of a few menu items and none of the others were able to accommodate a gluten allergy. We ended up leaving after having drinks and an appetizer (which was delicious).

   Great place with awesome views. Our waitress Andrea was fantastic and so was Edwin. I so wanted to love this place but the food fell short of expectations. The sushi roll lacked flavor, A5 steak was just ok. Waghu tacos fantastic and sea bass was good. The salmon carpaccio was just ok. I would give it 5 stars if food was more flavorful. Sorry.

   The early view was excellent with sun set and the sea The service with Julio made it better with the food choices selection

   The ambience was amazing, the food and service were outstanding. It is a must if you are visiting Aruba.

    We were celebrating our 25th anniversary at Akira Back. The ambience was fantastic with the open air rooftop experience and the food was excellent. But what made the dinner even better was our server Steven. His service level was exceptional and his knowledge of the menu items and recommendations exceeded expectations. More importantly, he was personable and kind. This was our first trip to Aruba and I would recommend the restaurant and ask for Steven!
