Our server was very attentive and our food was delicious!
Way too dark, below average food, great service though. Menu needs to be re-done.
Used to love Akasha, but the service and the food was very disappointing at this last visit. I’m hoping they get back on track.
I did outdoor seating and it was very nice. Service and food is 10/10! They have delicious cocktails for Happy Hour, which I highly recommend checking out for!
I was looking for a special place to visit in Easter. Akasha was on a bunch of sites for best brunches in Los Angeles. I was fortunate to get a reservation at the last minute too. Everything about this place I loved. Location was great, the food was so delicious, the price was reasonable, service was great and the overall ambience was everything. We are definitely going to return in the future. Such a cute place. And the food was so good too!
Great food for brunch and credit to these folks for a great expresso.
Patio is inviting and well shaded. Food is tasty and portions enough to satiate but not overeat. Staff is personable and inviting!
Sat outside in the patio. Waitress was attentive but not overbearing. The Pea Risotto was a standout. Fresh and delicious. Turkey meatloaf were tender and served with a delicious toasted bread. Great selection of drinks and the glasses of wine were all reasonably priced. We had both drinks and wine and everything was just really good. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
I woke up still thinking about the Spanish Octopus!
We went for the Passover dinner. Everything was delicious!
Need vegan pancakes or waffles !!
Great service, sunny day without enough shade. But that’s my only complaint.
My "go to" place. Always great food and good service.
Passover meal. Even though there was no Seder we were pleased with the modified Passover selections. Our waitress was lovely and the service was great.
We had lovely evening at Akasha. The appetizers we really great, the mains we good but not outstanding. The drinks we had were really really good. The atmosphere with everybody sitting outside and people walking by was really nice and a sign that life is coming back once COVID is over. We had a great time.
Akasha has adapted well to the new normal. The food is spectacular, as always, and the service impeccable.
Everything was great. The server was great. Hostess didn't seem to be in a good mood that day. But other than that, we had a great time.
Very good service and food.
Very good service. The meatballs were tasty and delish., highly recommend! All the other food fare were ok.
So nice to have this place back! We were “regulars” before the pandemic and very happy to return and see they have not missed a beat. Great food, great service as always, can’t wait to get back inside! But we will return to this Culver City favorite.
The food and service was exceptional. We always have a good meal at Akasha and can't wait to return.
They put us on the dude of the restaurant and ambiance was not good. Waitress was in Inconsistent and food was just ok. Been before and it was much better. Bummer
I love everything about this restaurant! Their food and service is wonderful!
Didn’t enjoy at all. Wouldn’t recommend your are a foodie
Really great food and wine. Loved the outdoor patio!
Ive loved akasha since they opened! Its a different menu than other restaurants, i trust the quality of food from local sources and always consistent!
The food was surprisingly good. I didn’t expect much as we were looking for a simple brunch but it was a pleasant surprise for sure. It was a little chilly but the heaters were effective.
Everything was perfect except the service and waitress attitude!
My experience at Akasha was a mixed bag. My boyfriends food was good, but I wasn’t impressed by my dishes. I got the blood orange, burrata and pistachio salad as a starter. The citrus overwhelmed the entire salad and the burrata’s texture and flavor was off. For my main dish, I had the cauliflower chicken bowl. The dish was bland and the ‘rice’ was mushy. The drinks are also pre-mixed (hence the $14 price point) so don’t expect much alcohol in them. My boyfriends’ mushroom salad and seafood curry were both pretty delicious. Maybe I just ordered the wrong things on the menu. Either way, I don’t plan on going back any time soon.
Service was a bit slow but the food and drinks were wonderful.
Overall, very yummy and creative menu. It was a little salty for my taste, but I'm super sensitive to that.
Food was amazing. Love the setting of patio and can’t wait to go again.
Great for date night! Staff are attentive food excellent
Romantic ambiance. Attentive service. Excellent food, expecially the cacio e pepe. Delicious Old Fashioned!
Excellent service and delicious food. Thank you to the servers and kitchen!
Loved our visit and look forward to returning. The menu for dineLA was very well priced for what you get. Portions were great.
I am a huge fan of Akasha, and always finish my meals. I will say, some of their basics have become a little too basic.
For example, the avocado toast did not have any seasoning/herbs, it was just plain, not bad not great. Again, keep doing what your doing, especially with the options, but might need to add some more kick to the dishes.
Absolutely a great experience! Food was delicious. Not one missing element. Google review coming up soon.
Akasha has created a decent outdoor atmosphere. The food is good but not exceptionsal. We have eaten her several times. This time the service was not exceptional and we were rushed. Quickly getting us to order, quickly bring food, and then pressing us to leave after less than an hour. Most folks having Sunday brunch expect to enjoy the meal for over an hour. I appreciate that they are busy--thank goodness--but we should be able to have an unrushed hour brunch!
Akasha is consistently a fabulous experience! The food was divine, and they have transitioned to outdoor dining gracefully.
