Fantastic Spot! Highly recommend. We sat at the sushi bar. Cocktails and food were fantastic! Can’t wait to go back.

The setting is superb, and the food is excellent. I had a sweet-and-sour grouper; my wife had a salmon fillet in a miso broth. In addition, we shared the vegetable spring rolls. All were excellent. The service was attentive and prompt. My major concern was that our waitperson and other staff were very quick to clear a plate when they perceived it was empty even when the other party was still eating. This happened repeatedly throughout the meal and made us feel that they were trying to move us along, although we were not dillydallying by any stretch. This distracted from otherwise very positive experience. I also had a tuna roll; the tuna was, perhaps, the best I’ve ever had; it virtually melted in my mouth. However, the role was not constructed as tightly and cleanly as it might have been; in other words, some of it started to fall apart. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and will look forward to my next meal at Aja.

Like the restaurant, but only having one server for the entire place just doesn’t work there or any where. 1.5 hours for three sushi rolls was tough for a celebratory gathering.

We love sushi, but are very picky about how well it is made. The sushi here is excellent. The rice seasoned perfectly and the fish, shrimp and lobster fresh and tasty. The ginger is fresh and not the pink/red you sometimes see.
