We were staying in the hotel and chose to dine here due to an early morning flight. The food was delicious and service was also excellent.

Whilst the overall menu at Airo was good we were very disappointed indeed the there was virtually no Vegan options. For a restaurant in a bury airport hotel with customers from all over the worle there should be vegan options. ver poor indeed and it sppoit the evening for our daughetr who is completely dairy free, The only option availabale was Quinoa salad. Not good enough.

We sat for almost 20minutes between our water being delivered and the waitress coming back even though we attempted to waive someone down. When our waitress did come she told us she had forgotten us and laughed. We walked out and went back to our room and ordered room service. Burgers were graat

As we were overnighting at Melbourne airport we decided to treat our son and partner to a birthday dinner at Airo restaurant. We had eaten there before and not been particularly impressed. This time was different. Both the food and the service were excellent. Not a cheap option but on this occasion worth it.

The pumpkin risotto had nuts in it which gave it a crunch but made it taste like the rice wasn’t cooked and the pumpkin didn’t have a nice taste. We requested a window table in our online booking but were not given a window seat.

Food was good. Service was good until the Barman were so over worked. They were getting drinks wrong and then we have to wait 10 minutes to get a new drink etc just more service people
