I've only been here on Fridays at dinner with the live performances and the food is good and I like the overall ambiance, but the service is really, really bad. Each time I go, it gets worse.

The security guard outside was holy inappropriate with his scanning.. The waiters didn’t come to us until 30 minutes after we were seated and we had a reservation.

I had brunch at air for my first time and i lovely time. The energy, the food, and even the DJ was exceptional!!! I will definitely come back! Thank you air for giving me the best first experience!

My experience on Mother’s Day as a mom of 2 who wanted to get out and enjoy this lovely holiday , it was a disaster . It started of cool we booked our reservation for 4 pm arrived at 405 due to parking we got sat down , waited like 5 minutes for our waitress no biggie because we just arrived , she finally came glasses short black one piece short set with a natural slick back puff ball and fur boots. Upon talking and getting our order she was talking to me more than my friend even tho she was taking both or orders that was a first sign of bad service , so my friend said she had a little encounter with her when she went to grab her plate from up stairs after we went to the waffle station and she was being very uptight about my friend order being corrected we asked for no pork and beef and she still brought it to us second bad encounter because when my friend spotted it out she caught a attitude but baby we have terrible bellies if we ate that we would’ve been sick , so next we eat and forget everything that happened and after asked can we step out to smoke on the roof top she said yes baby go head mind u it’s 5:10 at this time so we do smoke come back why our table was giving up after we personally ASKED her !!! It’s 522 at this point and our reservations our supposed to last 2 hours but it wasn’t because she gave our table up !!! And knew wasn’t done we only had one round of everything after we paid 80 dollars a peice to enjoy bottomless brunch and mimosa we were so hurt and embarrassed to the point we went home and cried and will be posting a story time on TikTok with our 10k followers . You never know who u will walk into in these buisness , and yesterday our special day was embarrassing , horrible , heart breaking , and overwhelming the waitress was yelling at us calling us liars saying we never told her but them cameras can defiantly show her come to our table before we walked outside , I’m coming for her job

My experience for Mothers Day at Air was so horrible i will never be returning! We had reservations for 5:30 and we arrived by 5:45. They set up a table for us with chairs and a table from the back and than we sat down. It took awhole HOUR for somebody to come introduce themselves as our waiter. Unfortunately it was only the hookah lady. Meanwhile while not getting serviced, me and my friends decided to go back and forth to the bar to get our own drinks/food. We were there for almost 2 hours and NEVER GOT SERVED, NO FOOD OR DRINK, NOTHING!!!!! everyone was just standing around. Then to top it off the security tried to put us out. It was a nightmare. My first and LAST time attending this establishment!

We came here to celebrate my friend who’s a bride to be to celebrate her. We had a reservation at 12 and we were the first ones there. It was nice inside! There’s a flight of steps you go up and there’s the main level, and second level. With a bar also upstairs. It’s all you can eat and bottomless mimosas for $55 with a 20% gratuity added. You pay this fee at the table up front before indulging. The total with gratuity comes to $72. There’s a waffle station and omelette station and it’s all you can eat. You get a plate of everything off the menu and you literally can eat as much as you’d like. The music was live, the ambiance is cool and I’d definitely go back again.

I planned my wife’s birthday and had a party of 30 people. The owner accommodated and gave us our own space which I was not expecting. The seating was perfect. The food was great. The 2 ladies that took care of us were amazing. The music was so good! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the staff!
