                                                                                        Brunch was no longer being served due to “ private event “ which was just a NBA playoff game. So originally we had the brunch menu then were told oh sorry we can’t offer this anymore. Then two tables next to us which were seated after we’re ok’d to have brunch menu because they were “ influencers” then I see a server bring out something from the dinner menu. So three different menus going around. Very saddened by experience

                                                                                        2 of our dishes came out wrong and the rest of our party ate without us because the rest of our dish took so long to replace. The waitress did not write anything down so how could she possibly get it right. Would not go back. Food was very lackluster.

                                                                                        The food was decent but I expected better for the price. The waitress said one thing and the food came back another (not sure if she was trying to upsell to get a bigger tip or what but I was annoyed). Our waiter (Ashley V I believe) had zero customer service skills which was shocking. She seemed annoyed by every little thing and never checked on us once which is fine but when I’m paying over $10 for a tip, I expect someone nice and not someone who seems hassled by her job. I have worked in the food industry and understand having a bad day which is fine but I’ve never once taken it out on respectful, easy customers. She wasn’t bad, she just seemed annoyed and rude the second we walked in which was odd because we were respectful the entire time. We came at 5pm and the place was practically empty so not sure why she was so hassled.

                                                                                        All our drinks came in plastic cups like I was at a fraternity party. Not mad about plastic cups but when a Tito’s Redbull is $20, I kinda want a real glass. Don’t think that’s too much to ask for
