Meatball and watermelon salad are must-haves! Branzino and fettuccine Alfredo (prepared at your table) are perfect!

An outstanding experience! We had the wagyu meatball and calamari appetizers (along with complimentary focaccia), orecchiette and agnolotti entrees, and lemon ricotta cake & sticky toffee date pudding for dessert, accompanied by a bottle of the Bespoke red blend. Everything was delicious, and the portions were very generous. We were treated to friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service as well — you would never know that they’ve only been open a few days!

I really wanted to like ai PAZZI and recognize it only opened a couple of days ago but I found the atmosphere and food less than appealing. On the positive side service was outstanding from my initial checkin to the wonderful waitress Amy who served me. I also very much enjoyed the meatball appetizer. On the downside, I found the restaurant very dark and quite a change from the beautiful blue & white decor of its predecessor. Unless sitting under a light it was hard to read the menu. I saw one lady using her phone flashlight to read the menu. Opening the room darkening dark curtains would add some light and warmth to the place. I was seated near the kitchen and it was very loud with occasional bangs, raised voices, and burning smells. I was not offered bread (focaccia) until nearly done with my appetizer. I would have preferred it while I waited some 20 minutes for said appetizer. My biggest complaint was with the quality of the pasta accompanying the chicken parm entree. Frankly it was inedible. Just a soggy lump of mush. One could not even discern the type of pasta it was it was so overcooked. I asked the waitress NOT to box it to take home. Even the chicken parm was mediocre with some burned edges and not enough cheese on top. While I may give ai PAZZI another look in the future—there were other menu items that looked good and the service was wonderful—I was overall disappointed. I hope they can work the kinks out.

Ossobuco was not Ossobuco. Served a whole shank not cut a crossed the bone. Scaloppine was not eatable under done and had a taste that was just bad. Dessert was good and cappuccino was also good. The server did a great job or it would have been a one star review.

WOW! What an experience! This chef has it all together! From the moment we walked in, we were treated exceptionally well. Every detail was 100%. Oh and the food!!! A little different than we expected, which showcased this chef's personalized expression. Read the detailed description and ask questions... our server, Kory, was super knowledgeable. My husband was surprised at the squid ink pasta with his Fruite de Mare though it was delicious! I had a chicken dish that was superb! We were so excited to taste everything, we forgot to take pics. Sorry!
