One of the best places, definitely will come back for many times
4 course dinner was amazing up until desert. Very disappointing after such a wonderful meal.
Disappointment. A couple of years ago was much better.
The best restaurant in NYC!
Consistent;y provides excellent Italian with a twist.
We did the chef tasting menu and it was fantastic! Food is absolutely delicious here and the waiters really know the menu. The squid ink pasta is so darn good, I'm still thinking about it. We had such a lovely time, it's great for romantic dinners, or dinner with the girls or couples.
It was really good experience, the food was amazing, our server was really nice, I will go back next time I visit NY
Food was excellent with good portions.
It was good.
Great special occassion place. Celebrated my wife's birthday with friends...food and service were outstanding. It was a memorable night.
We had been there for lunch and decided to try dinner. Wonderful experience, we will be back
Polenta about 6 inches square, with no more than a tablespoon of caponata, for $33.00. I consider that a rip-off. I am very disappointed that Ai Fiori is lapsing into this exploitative practice common to some of the more pretentious restaurants in Manhattan.
Excellent service and food fabulous!
Great culinary experience
I absolutely LOVE Ai Fiori. The food is always spectacular. Their pasta is always perfectly cooked, the array of flavors that the chef uses in all of his dishes never disappoints. The property is beautifully decorated, great for any occasion. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in NYC.
if i were in the city, for just 1 day~ heres where i would go!, great bar, inventive drinks and the food is top shelf!
youlll never get better lamb anywhere, been going for years
PS trust the somm! larry jaffe
Excellent service, cocktails, and wine.
Loved this place
Excellent Cuisine , outstanding wine list. Knowledgeable and attentive staff.
what expectations, what disappointment! What service: none, what food dry, tasteless, white truffles on noodles for $$$$.
Fantastic dinner ai Fiori, great service and amazing food.
Superb food. Great attention to detail. Excellent service - efficient and friendly. Staff appears to care whether and what you enjoy about the food you are eating. They seem to like the interest if you show it. Love this place. Make it a point to eat there even if I am not staying at the hotel. Do yourself a favor - order 7 course chef’s menu with wine pairings. You will not be over-stuffed (control the bread consumption) and you will have an epicurean experience.
Food was great but they go above and beyond with service. This level of experience could have easily come at a much higher price point. Highly recommend.
Great place, great food and very attentive staff!
We really enjoyed breakfast everything was delicious service is outstanding can’t wait to go back. I have been there every time for breakfast I have to go for lunch and dinner. There menu is really nice atmosphere is just as amazing.
We had an elegant birthday celebration for my husband. Everything was perfect! The staff made our evening memorable. We will definitely return.
Great service. Great cocktail. Great soup. Unfortunate Lobster salad- very tough. Manager suggested an “adjustment” but none forthcoming on bill. Best to have drinks there. Skip dining.
Great experience from start to finish!
We experienced the 7 course chef‘s tasting menu and it was more food than we can handle. As usual the food was fantastic and I will definitely be back again
This is an excellent restaurant with many reasons to dine. Outstandingly service, fine food selection, etc.
We had a window seat which made it interesting. The food was very good especially the lobster and the Branzino. The wine was very pricey but delicious as were the bar drinks. Overall it was expensive but a really nice evening
Love Marea, thought to try Ai Fiori. Pluses - very quiet (hard to find in Manhattan these days), welcoming front desk, spacious table, fantastic pasta. We had a light meal - pastas, contorni, dessert. Service was spotty - our waiter was initially attentive then disappeared. When drinks and pasta came, they didn't know who ordered what. Surprising to have to say "I have the martini" or risotto, etc. The service would keep me from returning. The wine list is extensive but seems to lack bottles in the $75-$500 range. Majority of bottles were $500-$3500. The sommelier was friendly, probably need to lean on him to really get the most out of the list.
Cold, chewy hard bread to start was not up to the expected atandards. Rest of the meal was good.
It was a little more formal than I was expecting, also didnt realise it was inside a hotel. Pasta dishes were $37 and not overly huge, the 4 course tasting seemed popular but too much for us appeared reasonable for $108. Service was good ad attentive but a little stiff/snooty.
Amazing food, spectacular wine and great ambiance!
Service was very slow; we sat a long time before anyone came to take our order. Long time between main course and dessert, no one poured our wine after the first glass. Pasta course was mediocre, nothing else was especially stellar.
Everything that I've read about the dish Astice is true: it is truly divine! What a culinary delight! We will definitely be back.
Very good food , attentive service , friendly sommelier, dessert was a little disappointing more than made up by the other courses
In every way, it was lovely. And in fact it was a moderately priced as well.
The service was nice but food was awful..
I hated the main dish the most
