Food was excellent, however we had reservations for 9 pm and were not taken in and sat until about 9:30 or so.

It was a 10 course omakase dinner. Best and freshest sushi and sashimi I have had in Miami so far. It’s a great traditional Japanese place that is a rare find in Miami. Would definitely recommend!

The least recommendation Japanese restaurant in Miami. I am Asian who used to live in Japan several months and have lots of experience in eating Japanese food. I have to say this restaurant scared me. They sold below-standard food to the high price, which is $80 per person for dinner. It means you need to pay at least $200 including service fee for an disaster dinner. If you do not know what is traditional Japanese food like, the dinner would be fine because chef made some peculiar seasoning with kinds of peppers and shallot in Sushi and sashimi. However, he forgot the the soul of Japanese cuisine, that is "Maximize and display the delicious ingredients, and do not add too much seasonings and spices as much as possible." Chef said he choice fresh king salmon. I hoped that was joke, otherwise he waste that salmon's life. Every dishes had similar seasoning which made some surprises at beginning but really boring then. The best Japanese restaurant I think is NAOE where provide you with 80% true Japanese cuisine compare to Japanese native. As I say, if you know what Japanese cuisine should like, do not choose this restaurant.このレストランには行かない 別去這家餐廳,又貴又難吃

This place is a great kept secret (for now)! Not in the middle of downtown Miami, the location is great. The restaurant is very very small so be prepared for a room fitting no more than 10 people comfortably (including staff). The tasting menu is WORTH IT and NECESSARY. About 9-10 courses, plenty of food and quality is amazing! Very impressed. Fresh, high quality sushi.

Food and service was very good. Not to be chosen for ambiance as it is a simple bar seating only sushi place.

The omakase was fantastic ! Chef's selection was delicious, and the courses were incredibly generous. Trout belly was phenomenal. And it was all so reasonable. Love the hole in the wall vibe.

The place is tiny, but that adds to the allure and it probably has the freshest fish I’ve ever had in Miami for sushi. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent sushi bar. The omakase dinner is fantastic, with carefully crafted dishes featuring some unique ingredients that really complement each course. The fish is incredibly fresh, and it showcases some less common options, such as trout and trout belly instead of salmon for the sashimi course. The chef and assistant are friendly and welcoming, and the intimate setting gives the restaurant a homey feel. Highly recommend this Little Havana gem.

Creative sushi for connoisseurs. Some of the best sushi I ever had. Not a basic maki roll place. The chef and his assistant made the experience even better. Wonderful people.

The food is good. The service needs more work but visitors should know that it is not just a small 6 seater place, it is a place that they sit on a counter with coolers and sinks facing them. Good food, value for $ but it is what it is. Will visit again for quick lunch.
One more note: lighting is really off. Perhaps a bit of effort to make it more cozy to fit the tiny bar theme
