I was eagerly anticipating a special dinner at this restaurant, especially for a special occasion. We chose the Chef’s tasting menu, priced at $450 for two. While the service was friendly and accommodating, it didn't quite reach an exceptional level. Unfortunately, the food largely disappointed. The ceviche sampler stood out as the highlight, whereas the mole sirloin significantly missed the mark - with a subpar cut of meat, a slow arrival to our table, and an excessively salty mole sauce that did not do justice to the cuisine, lacking spirit and essence. Despite these critiques, the facilities and grounds were impeccable and genuinely beautiful. However, a point of contention was the less-than-stellar live music and the overly bright lights that shone over our designated 'love pod'. Perhaps it's time for the restaurant to reassess its kitchen operations and attention to detail?

Loved it! We almost canceled because we wanted to stay a our resort. We were so glad we did not and made it to our reservation! We loved it every thing was beautiful!
