Came with a total of 4 couples to celebrate a birthday. As the group included individuals who were vegan, vegetarian and gluten free, there was something for everybody. The food was delicious and everyone there was very accommodating to meet our respective needs. All of their house made pastas were excellent and different.
We had a party of five, and I requested the back room as it's slightly quieter (my mother has difficulty hearing in loud places). We were seated in the back room, but they seated another party of four who were very loud, thereby defeating the purpose of sitting in the back.
Food was uneven, some dishes were delicious, such as polenta fries and broccoli, but others not so successful. My beef cheeks dish didn't come together cohesively, squash wasn't that tasty and didn't go with the beef, beef not exciting. Cocktails and wine were very good. Service was attentive.Chocolate cake was so-so.
Took my wife and two adult kids there for my daughter's birthday. She has allergies to onions and the server was able to advise as to which dishes could be prepared without onions and which already had onions cooked in. Server was very helpful. Food was delicious.
the Rockfish i had was so dry . it tasted like it had been siting under a heat lamp. I didnt say anything because i was on a date and too embarrassed to complain.
Food is overpriced and mediocre. Ambient is good. The service is also good. The food just did not have anything special to it.
We went to Agradolce as it was listed as one of the top 10 places to eat in Seattle for tourists! We are not tourists, but loved it. It was also Restaurant week, so, a good time to get a 'taste'. . . we enjoyed everything about it! Excellent service, comfortable and nice surroundings and delicious food and drink.
Service was painfully slow. Arrived 7:15pm and left at 9:15pm. We took dessert to go as we had other plans and didn't expect dinner to take 2 hours. The service was painfully slow. I would recommend it as the food is good, but beware that you may spend 2 hours there for apps and dinner.
This restaurant is one of my favorites in Seattle on par with tilth, which is my favorite of all time.
It was amazing!
Best place to brunch in Seattle!
Make sure you try the bruschetta with burrata. Delicious!
The food is always tasty and creative. Highly recommend.
As a regular, I continue to bring new people with me and every single person has loved it.
I absolutely love Agrodolce. Their vegan and vegetarian options are super accommodating, and I love the window seats. Service is great, super friendly. Fresh ingredients and fabulous pasta.
Great spot with creative dishes and drinks. We go there often, and thankfully they like to change their menu from time to time to keep it interesting. I look forward to our next visit!
We really enjoyed it! I will return! I will suggest it! I already have, and my friends enjoyed it !
Absolutely top drawer food: inventive, mostly vegetarian, delicious and colorful. Loved the sseasonal pasta--beet juice infused pasta with kale! Would return for that (and the broccoli!)
We were looking for a good restaurant in a fun area, for lunch. Agrodolce in the Fremont district was a VERY pleasant find. The menu items were prepared in a very creative fashion and what are normally standard dishes, were turned into fabulous flavor creations. EVERYTHING we ordered, from the house salad to the seasonal squash soup, to the two pasta dishes, to the chocolate gelato, to the Cafe Vita coffee was delicious and memorable. The bright comfortable room was not as full as you would think, given the quality of the food, the service and the location. We were surprised that more people we not taking advantage of this outstanding restaurant. We will definitely be back. Do yourself and your friends a favor and try this restaurant!
Excellent customer service from the wait staff. The cuisine was fantastic, very creative and tasty. Try the broccoli dish! Yum!!!
Great appetizers!!! We ordered the steamed clams, eggplant bruschettas and carmelized broccoli ....they were ALL delicious!!! However the clams linguine, rigatoni and sausage pasta were plain and hard...not as tasty (very disappointed)...considered the meals were not cheap.
My husband and I had dinner there last Saturday evening. The food was truly excellent, the service not so much. It took at least 15 minutes from drink order to receiving drinks and our empty plates sat on the table for quite a while after we finished eating. We did gave up on ordering dessert as we had theater tickets and were afraid with the speed of service we would not make it.
We will probably return at least one more time to see if the service problems were an aberration and the food as good as we remember.
Yummy food. Spectacular heirloom caprese salad. Accommodated a large birthday group. Great ambiance-- warm lighting (candles, twinkle lights).
Food not only excellent, but also original and special. Same for the service, which is unusual gracious and attentive.
Nice place albeit very pricy
Food was good and fresh
Service rather slow
We had an 8 person business meeting and everything was perfect. Service, noise level and food quality. It was a great choice.
Seems like this place needs a little love. It's such a great location and cool building but the restaurant seems stale. Atmosphere is so important and this place definitely needs a pick me up. The food was pretty good although the grilled Caesar salad was definitely not grilled. I've had good dining experiences at Tilth but I won't be going back to Agrodolce.
The food is amazing! We like to do their "Family Style" meal. It is always different and surprising as it is chef's choice and may change throughout the evening...makes it fun. Plus, I don't have to choose when everything on the regular menu sounds so good. I recommend for any occasion. Son had his reception dinner here and Everyone raved about the meal.
Pretty restaurant and great service, nice menu. Could rachet down the prices a little for the type of place it is, but overall a nice meal.
The dinner started with an eggplant carpaccio special appetizer that was simple and delicious. I have to admit, the appetizers and pasta plates are so good, it is hard to save room for the second plate. Always a great dining experience with a great ambience and friendly waiters.
I took seven 13-year old girls here for my daughter's birthday and the service was fantastic. They were so nice to us (they were really well behaved kids). The food was fresh, delicious and yummy! I'll definitely go back for a date night or with out of town guests!
Really great time catching up over dinner at this place. A little pricey for everyday dining, but definitely worth the splurge for a special meal, date night or get together with friends.
The handmade pasta made this meal unforgettable! There was care placed into every part of the dining experience, and our waitress was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. The dining room was not too loud and had a wonderful ambiance. Will definitely be coming back for special occasions!
Wow this restaurant had the best pasta I've ever tried in my entire life. I have friends who traveled to Italy and ranked this pasta over everything they tried there. Excellent wine list as well!
Excellent food, good drinks, nice atmosphere, and will be back!
Arrived at 5:15 for dinner on a Wednesday. There were only a couple other diners at the time so the place was nearly empty. Waiters were friendly enough and professional. Really enjoyed the food, especially appetizers and mains.
A couple things we felt could use improvement: 1) There was no bread or anything to eat while we waited for our appetizers, which was maybe 15 minutes. 2) The desserts were so-so. Panna cotta was much too firm. Chocolate s'more gelato wasn't rich enough.
I have avoided this restaurant for about a year because I had a negative experience and felt the food had gone downhill. Surprise, the food is excellent, best lunch ever in Seattle. I am gluten free and there are numerous options on the menu all clearly marked. The grass fed lamburger was superb! And the polenta fries were so delicious I wish I had some now. I have always liked the space and the low noise. There were few people there and now I am worried they will close for lunch. Don't miss this place, it is worthy of a crowd.
Delicious food. Amazing service. Great for a small birthday gathering.
Wonderful and inventive flavors plus house-made pasta make this a unique spot. We'll be back!
Nice neighborhood restaurant, friendly staff and creative menu built around Italian theme. Recommended by a couple of locals from Freemont area.
I have been to Agrodolce a number of times, and every time I bring someone new to introduce them to the space. This time it was my brother and his fiancee. As always the service was attentive to the table and needs of my guests, while never being intrusive or over bearing. The food was impeccable, and flavors were on point. My brother - who i will mention can at times be very critical during his dining experience, said that he loved the food, service and subtle ambiance of the restaurant. We will be back again. A big thank you to the chefs in the B.O.H. - the care and attention you all put into all the dishes that leave your line are truly appreciated! Thank you!
