The caribeño mojitos and the camarones al ajillo (traditional Spanish shrimps in garlic butter sauce) are the best combo for happy hour.
The lunch special is great, the staff is really friendly. So sad to see them leave he neighborhood.
Service wasn’t great but the food was pretty good. Smaller portions.
Very good authentic Cuban food, tastes just like home! Even has arepas and other delicious Hispanic foods. If you’re looking for good Latin-American food in the city, this is the place to go.
They cancelled our reservation so when we got there- no tables until like 5. We ended up eating at the bar area but it was mega crowded and we really only stayed because of the rain.
The hostess that day (Mercy?) was also exceptionally rude which breaks my heart because this WAS my go to lunch spot but never again.
The wait was a little long for the food but the waiter was nice although you could tell busy.
I've been here multiple times and the food and drinks never disappoint. The service left something to be desired though. While our waiter was great, the rest of the service was unorganized. Food that wasn't our arrived on the table, and then someone came and took it away while we figure out what it was. The hostess took forever to seat us even with a reservation and seemed very overwhelmed even though there were very few people there. We were then asked to leave because a large party was coming in.
The food was average. I believe there to be better options in NYC for Cuban food.
Did a nice job with a very large group. The pork belly is outstanding., as were the flautas and tapas fiesta platters. The croquettes were underwhelming.
Food was great, but are service was horrible. Waiter rarely came by. Waiter took our order eventually and forgot, we had to get up 40 minutes later for our apps and drinks and had to re-tell our order to another waiter. Never checked on.
