Lack luster service...the food and coffee were both Luke warm. I saw people taking pictures so I guess if you wanted it first that it's ok. But definitely not a reccomend
Pros: food was good. Kale salad, shrimp app, redfish and grits were all good. The sauce with shrimp was amazing, but they give you a crunchy crostini. It should be a French bread that can sop up the yummy sauce. Ambiance was trendy, romantic.
Cons: service and front host staff can do better. After showing up with a reservation at 8:00 the host offered a table on the front patio (facing the inside of the mall)...umm ‘No’! Why would I want to eat dinner in the mall area?! It took another minute or two to figure out a seat in the dinning area, then we were seated in the dining room. There were plenty of empty tables.
The waitress was nice, but she didn’t write down the order. We were missing the Brussels sprouts, but it ended up being okay since we were full.
Otherwise good experience, may be back for the food and bar scene.
Steak was all fat - sides were good - coffee good - service was great - salmon and apps were excellent
Had three phone calls on wanting credit card because they thought very highly of themselves. Place was empty- sad.
Won’t go back. Not worth the parking pain.
Valentine’s Day was a disaster. 1 hr wait with reservations. One mixed drink was $34 ..charged $10 for butter that should have came complimentary with twin lobster tails. Super slow service. My dates last course never made it out at all.
My wife and I have been here previously and loved it. However, on this visit I don’t think it was planned well. We consistently received the wrong food. Main course finally arrived and was cold. Then we were made to sit outside on the perimeter after making this reservation 3 weeks prior. Needless to say, it was a very disappointing experience. Would i go back? Yes. But I would expect to have the same service as my first visit.
Overall we enjoyed our Valentine's night. We were running about 15-20 mins late for our reservation so we called ahead and they said we had until 30 mins late and then we would be placed on the waitlist. We arrived 10 minutes before the 30 mins window to the news that our table had been given away and we could either wait 45 mins to an hour for a table or sit outside on the patio area and the only explanation we received was "I am not sure who you spoke to on the phone." We eventually were seated in the bar area after aggressively requesting seating and made the best of the night.
I would recommend only for drinks at the bar the the service was bad we ended up getting out food to go it took so long ... made reservations and was there on time for Valentines dinner and they wanted to seat us in the bar area ... the band was awesome 👏🏽
So this is not my first experience at Agency, which is why I was so disappointed. We were unable to secure dinner reservations so we took an early slot, thinking that we could have dinner and drinks. The place was empty, so we weren’t in anyone’s way but the server asked us to go to the bar because we weren’t ordering the 4 course meal, and she wouldn’t even serve us another round of drinks.
Overall, I would rate this restaurant with a good score because the food and atmosphere was very nice. Our waitress was really rude and had a very nasty attitude the entire time. We spoke with the manager and maybe she was having a bad day due to Valentine’s Day. I will try this restaurant one more time simply because the other waitress were friendly and nice so maybe she was having a bad day.
Waiter was very rude and unpleasant. Drinks, app., entree and desert took entirely too long to receive. A guest and I dined during slow hours purposefully to avoid any lunch hour or dinner rush and still received a poor service and the food to match.
Second time going here and spending a substantial amount of money only to be let down twice. Let me not go in to details about my first experience with co-workers. Let’s just say, I will not be trying this place again!!!
Food and service was amazing!! ❤️
The owner Mr. Glover walked passed our table almost 5x and did not speak or acknowledge me or my friend at all. He talked to the people at the booth next to us but didn’t look our way. For a small business that was VERY rude.
Excellent establishment. Looking forward to going back soon. The owner was very hospitable and the service was first class. Loved the DJ and ambience.
Incredible!!! Food was so tasty! Service was great!
I absolutely love coming here. The food is always great and the bartender is amazing. Excellent customer service from the staff. The entire ambiance is a dream.
Only for lunch- my 1st experience and by far the best!! It goes downhill fast from there. 8pm and chef had to be on leave. Sauce on everything- to cover up taste🤨 overcooked everything. Then when the night couldn’t be anymore disappointing, a brawl breaks out and I thought I heard a gun shot - pop- whatever. The staff appeared as if it was just another night 🧐.
Not what I was expecting at all and I brought girlfriends based on my recommendation 🤦🏽♀️
There was a fight that broke out when I went. The shrimp although delicious was overpriced at $18 for four medium shrimp. These waitress was okay although she was not too attentive. In addition, they did nothing for my birthday. The drinks were excellent. Don't order the salmon because it was bland and lackluster. Also, the lemon garlic chicken was not lemon garlic chicken. It had a spicey orange sauce in which the waiter and the manager had no idea what it was! Smh
It was my Son’s 22nd Biy
Everything was good overall but I didn’t care for the tomato based gravy that was in the lobster & grits
Our service was very slow. Food came out inaccurate and the server response was our menu changes, sorry. Coffee was lukewarm.
Very nice establishment. The food was a good value for the price. My grits were cold but the egg on top was hot therefore, the chef needs better timing. The waitress we had wasn’t that good but we will try the restaurant again.
Everything at Agency was great! I will definitely be back on my next trip to Atlanta.
Service and ambience great, food wasn’t good and overpriced.
I wish I could give this establishment more than 5 stars! Dining at this place for brunch was a breath of fresh airforgot eating in the Atlanta area. From the customer service, food, drinks and decor, everything was A+. First off, I made a reservations on last Monday for this past Saturday. After making a reservation via OpenTable, it was followed up by a phone call ensuring the reservations were correct in their system. Already in my mind, I knew my dining experience would be great from our very first encounter. Once Saturday came, we dined with Agency Socialthèque and from the moment we walked in to the time we left, everything was exceptionally. Our waiter, Elish, was very attentive and provided us with great food and drink recommendations. Everything we had was great, I can't remember everything in detail, but my friend highly recommended the ribeye and eggs for brunch. I would also recommend the truffle fries, Brussels sprouts and the luxury goods drink. In addition to brunch, we were there so long, the brunch menu switched to the happy hour menu. I really thought this was unique since a lot of restaurants don't offer happy hour on the weekends, so this was a plus. This place is definitely a hidden gem and I will be adding it to my places to frequent more often. Thanks again for an amazing experience. Until next time!
We absolutely love this place. We had an amazing time, the food was delicious and drinks were perfect. I can't wait to visit again!!
Service was outstanding! I’ll definitely be a regular there.
Brunch & bottomless mimosas were on point. Also ran into a couple if celebrities!
We went for Saturday brunch and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely amazing and our server took great care of us. It was our first time going to this restaurant but it won't be our last. We ordered the chicken and waffles and the veggie scramble.
I chose this place for my birthday which it was good however, it could’ve been better.
The food was okay, the waiter was great but the food wait times were slow!
It was my birthday dinner and there was no acknowledgement of it when I checked in nor during service. We ordered the dead food tower which is more like a big bowl with lots of open space, so it could’ve been filled more or use a different serving dish...like a tower as described. Our meal was brought out while the appetizers played were still on the table. Imagine a messy table with crabs legs spilling over these small saucer plates provided. They cleared and served at same time and didn’t replace our silverware until we asked. The food was tasty but not served hot. There was 6 of us and all of our meals were similar temp like it had been sitting for a while. In fact, we often waited long times to interact with our server. We ordered a bottle of wine and only one wine glass was brought. We weren’t offered the dessert menu, if there was one. Subpar experience in a sexy restaurant.
Food was cold, wait staff inexperienced
Staff and service was great
Great ambiance and lovely decor, and great service. I had a very attentive waitress who was awesome. The DJ was great, lots of great music. I was a bit disappointed with the food and drinks. I ordered a casamigos with a splash of pineapple and jalapeños. I really was looking for a spicy drink. The drink I received was more juice than anything, and had red bell peppers in it (I initially thought it was chili peppers, which would have been fine). I would have preferred the bartender say they didn’t have any jalapeños than substitute with whatever they chose (consider food allergies). Our waitress brought it back and this time they tried cayenne pepper, but it still wasn’t what I was looking for, so I had to return it.
Now to the food, as far as appetizers the lobster bisque was pretty good, Caesar salad was bland, not sure if the dressing was house made, but it lacked flavor, and the “truffle” fries were missing the truffle. The shrimp/lobster pasta was very nice, the salmon was good, not sure about the burger...my brother who never, not finished a meal, only ate half, so that says a lot, my father had the blackened fish which he found very spicy. I tried the sauce it was very overpowering to the fish. I had the “seared” lamb with “risotto”. My lamb was overcooked, it was more cooked to medium-well although the flavor was good, and the “risotto”, everyone had a taste to help me figure out what exactly it was. The texture/taste was more like a mix between mashed potatoes/mashed cauliflower, definitely not risotto. I still think there is a lot of potential for this establishment and wish them the best.
Great food and drinks! Waitress was amazing. Will be back for brunch this weekend
We went to Agency Socialtheque for my birthday brunch. The table we were given was in a very loud section where we could not hear each other so we moved to the Chef Table. For almost an hour, we barely got service and when the food/drink came after many reminders, the food was cold and the drinks were wrong. We ended up leaving and going to the Tavern. Very disappointing.
Food was excellent. Our server was very nice but superrrrr slow. Our dinner took over 2 hours as our waitress took 40 minutes to take anything but a drink order
The overall experience was good. The only upsetting part was that they offer bottomless mimosas (no end time stated) but ran out of champagne. We asked ok so what’s the alternative and the waiter said maybe I can provide a glass a wine. He went to ask his boss and the boss was like tell them we ended bottomless at 3. Now the boss was unaware the waiter told the truth about them running out so we were annoyed nonetheless. If they keep up with brunch they need to iron out how to plan for brunch in Atlanta.
Great service Jessica was sweet and fast
This was our first time having brunch at this spot. The food was absolutely amazing, the Banana bread is a must-try. I ordered steak & eggs, and my steak was perfectly prepared. Everything was great, and we will definitely be back in the future.
NYE dinner with my fiancé
