   A great place to grab dinner before going to the opera or Seattle Rep. Lots of different options, so it works out well when there are four of us. It's a creative take on Mexican/Southwest food. Our waitress was friendly and our meals were served quickly.

   I've been to Agave several times, generally for late lunch or happy hour. While I can understand servers forgetting things or getting things wrong or not checking on us when it's busy, like happy hour, I find it hard to excuse when we are 1 of 4 tables in the restaurant. I will recommend it to people but with the caveat not not expect great service.

   Menu offers good selection of small plates & entrees, could be bit stronger on salads. Noticed that my prawn entree mentioned slaw, but it was a very minimal amount. Overall, pleasant meal & ambience.

   Ordered from the special item menu, a quesadilla plus the grilled halibut tacos. Both I give negative feedback. The halibut was nil if any in the small tortilla and the fish was so flat and tasteless, could not tell I had any. The special tortilla entree was a rip off. Two tiny tortillas folded over with very little inside. Not a meal whatsoever and terribly expensive for the portion. I recommend stick with the enchilada.

   The food was amazing!!! Our server Violet was great! Our daughter has celiac disease and Violet was very helpful. Lots of great GF options! The ambiance was very, but a little warm.. I would definitely recommend Agave!!!

   Unlike what open table says the place does not open til 10AM. When I got there at 9:15 I walked in the unlocked door but there was no one there. I called out for about 5 minutes before one of the kitchen staff came out and told me they weren't open even though I had called and made a reservation for 9:30AM. He seemed very irritated that I was there and told me we could wait but they wouldn't be able to serve us til 10. All in all, good food, but get your act together.

   Great option for Seattle Center area. We were going to the SCT and often attend plays at the Rep and are always looking for good dining options. The service was good, the food very fresh and good and the location is good too! I had the salmon salad and my husband had a shrimp dish. The margarita was very good- fresh lime juice and not too sweet! We also found a new coffee spot just down the street on Republican called Craftworks Coffee that features local coffee rosters. So, dinner at Agave, coffee at Craftworks and a great evening of culture!

    Went for lunch after the Space Needle and Chihuly exhibit. Excellent lunch - we are from Southern California and would definitely come back ( for dinner next time!)
