   It was my birthday diner. There was four in the party. We were seated right away. The servicer was the best. He answered all our questions and there were a lot of them. Turns out if it is your birthday you get a shot of house tequila. The food was the best I think I have had in a very long time. There was so much food you'll have a hard time finishing it all. The bar services great house margaritas. We will be back to this awesome place again and again.

   Drink prices are not listed. I ordered a drink that costed 30.00. I would never have spent that much on a drink had I known ahead of time and it was not even that good.

   I made my reservation in advance and requested a booth table. Once we got there we got seated in the middle section (basic table, booth) while some of the booth tables were empty. What’s the point of asking for any specific request if they can’t honor it

    From the moment they greeted us at the entrance, to the promptness of getting our table we knew it was going to be a good experience. We had a party of 6, they brought to chips and salsa sets to our table. Waters were serve literally as soon we sat down. The waitress (I wish I could remember her name she had above shoulder length hair and glasses) gave us amazing food and drink recommendations. She was very attentive of the table, and made the experience very enjoyable. The food portions were very decent, flavorful, and the mojitos were on point! We will be back!

    Went to celebrate for a family function. While the cost was great for food and drinks, the location of the restaurant is less than stellar. If you are nearby and would like heavy Mexican food, good service at a good price, this is the place to be.

    Excellent homemade food. Everything is from scratch. Worth the drive - they are in Hughson. Nothing in Modesto or Turlock compares. I hate the black walls but can overlook for the great food.

    The food was delicious, fast, and served hot. Service was slow on a busy night. Drinks took a long time from the bar. Fun music and a vibe. Just be prepared to be there for a while if you want to have a couple of drinks.

    Took forever to receive menus after being seated, after 20 minutes Took our order for drinks and food. Finally when we receive our food they put in the wrong order so it Took about another 10 minutes for one of us to get their food and when we got the food it was so cold and the rice was hard. The service was terrible as well .

    They’ve always had great food but the service was lacking in the past. The last couple times we’ve been there, they’ve really stepped up their game w good servers. Prices keep going up, but that’s everywhere… thanks Biden… Had a great dinner with old friends, we’ll be back.

    Food was good. Service was not good. Our QR code was working working so we had to wait for a server to even come to table so we could request a menu. We had to ask our waitress & anyone around for items that were not provided such as straws each time we asked for a beverage, if we refilled our cup was taken but a new straw not provided, napkins, I had to personally get up and get utensils because our food was delivered but we didn't have anything to eat with. We asked for extra items when we ordered however they didn't come out with our food, that was a wait. Our bill however came out quickly. We have visited several times on the strength that your food is good but this is the second time the service was horrible. We may rethink our next visit.

    The food and portions are always good. You get what you pay for. The prices are fair for the food you get but because it is large portions don’t expect to pay a small bill. The service is good but not always great with keeping up with keeping drinks filled. This didn’t bother me but the tables are set close together and it may be difficult for some people to get in and out of this restaurant if they have special needs.

    The food is usually good but this time I got the shrimp tacos and they weren’t good they were dry . The service was slow and they kept forgetting to bring things we asked for like lime and extra chipotle sauce.

    Love the food and service here however it needs more lighting. Restaurant is too dark and we could barely see our food. I wish there was at least a section with more lighting. Next time I'll request to sit outside.
