Matt the bartender n studying sommelier was outstanding!
Great place but a loud envirinment.
Great experience in service and very good food
The staff was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely make another reservation!
Excellent service and food!
Our management had a business lunch at AG. It was everything we had hoped for when we anticipated the Ritz-Carlton service experience. The food was excellent; the service was impeccable; and the ambiance was perfect.
Excellent night out! Food and service will bring us back!
We enjoyed a cozy, quiet, and indulgent evening at this lovely steakhouse inside the Ritz Carlton in downtown Atlanta. It was a nice change from the many loud, lively downtown spots. The traditional steakhouse menu had a southern touch. We highly recommend the macaroni and cheese side.
Very mid-level food in general. Steak was over-cooked and little to no flavor. Our waiter continued to try and take our food before we were done feeling like we were being rushed out of the restaurant. When you spend $600 on a meal there is a level of service that was not met from a service or food quality. Rays, or Cuts is a much better option.
What an amazing experience! This is the perfect place for dinner party celebrations! Great ambiance and excellent service!
We visited Atlanta for the weekend and decided to try this restaurant out. SO GLAD WE DID! My husband LOVES Old Fashion drinks and they make a smoky one. Great presentation!
The rosemary brioche and pimento cheese for starters was so good. Shared a salad and She Crab Soup. We shared the Cowboy Steak for our entree and it was cooked to perfection! Topped it off with the Madagascar Cheesecake for dessert and coffee.
But the best part was the service. From the time we walked in and was seated by Ms. Jennifer (who is a sweet lady), sat down and our server Danielle was FANTASTIC! We could've stayed there all night talking to her. All of the staff that waited on us were so friendly!
Went for breakfast and had the buffet. It was outstanding. The base to order omelettes were delicious, lots of fruit, and so many options in a lovely buffet room. The food was not greasy and it was just wonderful. Thank you for the private room as well. I would definitely bring clients here again in future trips.
The food was Ok but not great. Entrees were meat only (a couple of asparagus). We ordered sides that were shareable but were also small. The red wine was way over priced for what it was. The waiter seemed distracted. The place itself was beautiful.
Great restaurant with outstanding service! The food was excellent & the atmosphere was perfect for our anniversary.
Exceptional dining experience. In a whole other league.
I'm pretty sure they get their bread from the Kroger dollar section. The pepperjack butter was excellent. We ordered the shrimp cocktail, and received three pieces...for two people. The bottle of wine came out and our waiter poured the first glass. He didn't check on us again until the entree came out, and by then we had almost finished the bottle. The overall service, although polite and friendly, lacked in attentiveness. The food was above average, but there's far better restaurants in the area for the money.
Great Dinner!!! Fried Green Tomatoes, Octopus, Oysters, Tartar, and Steaks, all AWESOME. Danielle was fantastic!
The service and food was excellent. The was hot, fresh and seasoned well. The waitress gave us very good suggestions for lunch. We were all pleased. I highly recommend AG Modern to everyone
Very good experience, clearly the best choice in the neighborhood.
Awesome place, had an outstanding time with my wife and friends. Staff was attentive and active at every table.
when I arrived I said I had a reservation and gave my name. I was there a 1/2 hour before I realized my guest had already arrived and been seated. Not the service I would expect and they were not busy that day
In town for trade show and took customers to AG. It did not disappoint. Great service and better food. Steak was prepared to perfection. Will be back.
Especially enjoyed the semi private area they gave us for our group
Jenifer Went out of her way to have a special table picked for us. She was amazing and greatly appreciated!
Top Shelf service and the petite filet was prepared perfectly
Terrific meal - and has been this way every time I go there. Pleasant staff, good service, really good food. Menu is not huge, but all the choices are good.
Fantastic food and service. Must try for anyone looking for a nice place to eat in Atlanta. Try the fillet steak with lobster tail 👌🏼
Met a friend for a special occasion. Made reservations for 1 pm on a Saturday which was unnecessary ultimately as the place did not fill up in earnest until 2 pm. Less than 15 minute drive from Hartsfield-Jackson. Staff was prompt and very friendly. The in house Mimosa is a must as the concoction is unlike anywhere else. Enjoyed a lovely meal of steak and eggs for a very reasonable price and also enjoyed a hard to match dessert and management comped a smooth and sweet French dessert wine as they unfortunately had ran out of Louis XIII. The presentation and ambiance was on par with what one would expect being adjacent to the Ritz Carlton. Bottom line, a lovely setting for any social or personal meeting. Will definitely return whenever possible.
Terrible service. It took forever for the waitress to come over each time, she forgot about our wine and then charged us for someone else’s table which was $100 more than our bill. For such a pricey restaurant, I would definitely expect better service.
Elegant atmosphere and food is consistently good. Loud bar and noise carries into the dining area, but food makes up for that.
This was our second time to eat at AG during this market. Excellent food and excellent service.
Dependable, fine quality, excellent service
Great staff and excellent salads!
Food quality not worth price but ok
Brussel sprouts. Excellent
Wine prices a bit high
Well the food was good. I had the filet mignon and it was average my boyfriend had the Cowboy ribeye and it was average. We could have gone to Logan's or Outback and got the same taste for a way cheaper price.
My date and I celebrated her birthday on New Year's Eve eve at AG with Michael and Sefik pampering us and providing a memorable evening. We had a prime booth with an open view of most of the restaurant. My strip was perfectly cooked and made more delectable with the wine sauce. My date's filet was slightly overcooked - although she requested well done, of which makes me cringe - but still with great flavors. We can't express enough how Michael and Sefik made us feel like the only patrons in the place. Sefik certainly earns kudos for the special attention he gave us in our celebration of my date's 50th!
Ordered 4oz filet got 2 oz
I was ok cause not hungry
But not good value for the price
Met two business friends for lunch. Medium well burger was small and over cooked Served with mediocre fries and the lame designer ketchup in a little single serving crock. 17$. Never again.
As a resident of Reynolds at Lake Oconee I frequent the Ritz and Linger Longer Steak House. While I enjoy cocktails at Linger Longer I am not a fan of dining in the bar. I made my reservations at AG several weeks before Christmas Eve expecting a nice quiet experience in the dining room with my wife. We were also staying the Ritz for three days over the holiday. Instead we were seated in a booth a few feet from the bar where we were just having cocktails. I am not sure why either Ritz thinks this is a good idea. We aren't complainers so we chalked it off as another Ritz hic-cup but we certainly will select another restaurant for our next special occasion.
