Thought this place was amazing a little bit pricey but worth every dime. Definitely will go back.
The service here was incredible! Our waiter was so helpful especially with regard to vegan options, and the food was great! I definitely would go back for a nice dinner in the future.
Excellent visit for our family. Lamb and filet were excellent.
Food was subpar.. Got the lobster linguine it came in a bath of butter.. My palate was off the rest of the evening. Very disappointed.
Waiter recommended trout. It was one of the worst entrees I’ve ever had at a nice restaurant. Other that that, it was a wonderful evening at the bar and then the restaurant.
We stayed ay the Ritz-Carlton for 4 days and after our first meal at AG, which is the hotel dinning room, we ate 99% of our meals there. We saw so many things on the day and night menu, we had to keep coming back. The food was impeccable and creative. They have a seasonal menu which we also like. There buffet breakfast on the weekend is quality and not just quantity. The drinks were a good pour. The staff was wonderful, from Jennifer at the front, Gerald the ever vigilant manager and every single sever and supporting staff member of the food team. Thanks for a great weekend and 65th birthday.
Very nice menu with a variety of great options, not just steaks. Convenient to downtown attractions and hotels. Indoor seating is nice, but so is the outdoor deck.
From the time we walked in, the hostess was wonderful to the waiter who was very attentive to the mail that was very good.
Our food was delicious; a bit pricey, but worth it.
The service, from greeting to goodbye, was excellent. The meal, a fine complement. Our thanks to the team @ AG for great evening.
The food here was delicious. Our waiter was impeccable and the experience starts right when you walk in. We were in town for a convention and made a reservation, we were seated quickly and the food was delicious. The macaroni and cheese was phenomenal and so was everything else we ordered. This was a wonderful experience and one we will be adding to our plans every year for Dragon Con.
The food was decent but definitely not worth the price. I’ve had some amazing food at high-priced restaurants and this wasn’t it. I would value it at about half what we paid.
I was excited about having my Birthday Lunch at the Ritz.
There were plenty of empty tables and I do not understand why we were placed in the middle and not by a window with a view. It was not busy.
When the waitress came, she did not acknowledge or ask what my husband wanted to drink, only me. I asked for water with lime and she brought my husband a water but he wanted a Diet Coke, however she never asked him.
I was just so disappointed to be honest. I eaten at a lot of locations at the Rot but the service was not like I was accustomed to.
Great atmosphere for breakfast. Omelette made to order. Wait staff exceptional
The appetizer was good and the service was excellent, but my steak wasn't unimpressive given the calibur of the restaurant and the quite high price.
Mertilyn was one of the best servers I have ever had.
Food was delicious. Service was good. Ambiance was great.
Excellent service, excellent food, and great ambiance.
It was my birthday and a business dinner. It was a great experience.
The AG delivers on all counts: food, creativity, service, atmosphere, and value. That last one is important, because it's not about what you pay - it's about what you get for what you pay. Here, you pay a lot and get a whole lot more. You can choose courses that actually don't cost much more than other high- end places, but are much better. And you can choose courses that are much more expensive and simply unavailable anywhere else. Youe tongue will overrule the little accountant's voice in your head, if you give the food a taste.
This meal, I had the tomato soup (not very special) and the new york strip with foie gras on pureed sweet potato plus a side of creamed corn. The steak and the creamed corn were - in a word - magical. Philip, my server, was full of good advice and he recommended a local Belgian- style dark ale that was kicker.
This was a special meal, and if you have a special occasion, the AG will not disappoint. If it does disappoint, you should retire to your castle and have your personal troupe of chefs do their usual ;-)
By the by, I can count - now - three times in the last 38 years that a host / hostess has called me by name as I walked up as a total starnger - this was one of them, pretty impressive.
Very welcoming. Great view of Atlanta Street life from the balcony. Nice variety of food options well prepared and presented. Valet parking is validated. Definitely would go again.
Great place for a date or special occasion. Has a little bit of everything and definitely did not disappoint on any account. Bar was well stocked and ran, food was delicious and well portioned and service was second to none. All round great experience in the heart of Atlanta's busy night life. Will be eating there again and have already recommended it to a number of colleges.
Nothing short of amazing......
My husband and I found this open table and went there for our date night. It is in the Ritz so it has a very nice ambiance. We ate on the outdoor patio with fans and it was perfect. Our food was delicious. I had baked oysters and the seared scallops special. My husband had the bisque and cowboy steak. Every was cooked to perfection with perfection seasoning and flavor. We will definitely come back.
Service was incredible and so was the food. Came here for breakfast and wish we were in town long enough to have lunch and dinner there. Great bar for casual night out or cosy booths for a romantic dinner. Highly recommend.
Great spot to hit while dining around the convention area. Good food, great atmosphere
A pleasant atmosphere and accommodating staff. Make sure you have time to enjoy all that makes dining an experience of all senses. I couldn't ask for a more pleasurable dining experience. The perfect combination of Food, Atmosphere and Customer Service... Brava
The food was great, but most of all the service is first class. I would recommend this to anyone having a special occasion. Ours was our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The staff was wonderful, the food great and very clean.
Pricey but worth it for a special occasion. My colleague and I ordered the rack of lamb and the Kansas City strip--both exceptional, melt-in-your-mouth, rich flavor selections. For our app, we went with the beef tartare, also excellent. The cocktails were ho-hum at best. I'd recommend wine, honestly, which also won't be cheap.
Noise levels so loud that we could not speak to each other, and took a half hour to get our wine.
Have eaten here before but probably won’t again!
What started out as a potential disasterous business dinner turned in to a well handled customer satisfaction experience! Our service by Philip was impeccable, and the manager Eddy handled the situation with ease. We left happy!
Was taken for a business meal and the server was not as attentive as he should have been. Food take extremely long to come to the table. Had to remind him every time he stopped at our table for something. His main focus seemed to be making sure all of our water glasses were full.
We were there for our 20th wedding anniversary. I still can’t stop bragging to people about the entire experience. Our waitress Danielle was outstanding and extremely helpful and gracious to us. The entire meal was extraordinary. We will definitely be back soon.
The service was fantastic! Very attentive thoughtful servers.
We were seated as soon as we checked in for the reservation. Our waiter was attentive. My boyfriend and I ordered the Tomahawk for two which was delicious.
Wine list was grossly overpriced.
What a wonder, tasted and healthy dinner. The service was phenomenal. We had a fantastic waiter named Matt. He made the whole night a pleasure!
Father’s Day get together
Great food and great service. Great ambience for a business lunch. The noisy level was a little too high for very comfortable conversations.
Everything was very good, and the service very polite and attentive. What is not shown on Open Table, though, is that it is the Steakhouse in the Ritz Hotel. When I booked it, I'd swear it only had two $, but given the prices, I'd expect it to be rated $$.
However, if you have a special occasion and you want to splurge, I would recommend it highly. The bartender knew how to make a Sazerac (not a popular drink and few bartenders I've encountered know it). And Arnoud, was very professional and made wonderful recommendations.
Perfect spot for a birthday brunch, we had an excellent experience! The ambiance, service and the meal were wonderful, the birthday cheesecake presentation was unexpected but elegant. Thank you for providing a special place for our special event!
