Afternoon Tea @ The Yarrow Hotel

Lovely afternoon tea, good attentive service. One criticism is sandwiches were very cold and bread a little dry.

Attentive and competent staff, warm and appropriate reception, well maintained classic building, plenty of quality food. Despite all above the overall experience was arid and lacked atmosphere.

Such a lovely hotel. We had a fabulous afternoon tea very Generous With the cakes And the staff are so helpful and explain what Every pastry is. Will definitely go again.

A real treat to have Afternoon Tea, our first venue out as lockdown eases. Beautifully presented with excellent service.

Well, it was my birthday and wanted to do something different from going for an evening meal. I received an email from 'The Yarrow' advising they were opening again since 'lock down'. The email drew my attention to the 'Afternoon Tea'. It really caught my interest so, decided thats what I wanted to do for my birthday celebration and it did not disappoint! The venue is absolutely beautiful. We were greeted and asked where we would like to take our up coming goodies. We decided to stay inside, we could have gone in to the garden. My husband was given a 'Tea Menu' I had a Latte as I do not drink tea. The sandwiches and the cakes and scones with clotted cream were to die for.
I would thoroughly recommend this experience it was absolutely charming.

Excellent have had many afternoon teas but this was super. Delicious food and great value for money.
We were on our own so was a little quiet ,but we were looked after very well.
The only regret was not asking to bring home the cakes we didn’t have room to eat.
We will be back. Many thanks

Lovely treat for my 10 year old daughters birthday. There is a lot of food ... we couldn’t finish it all!
