My Mum and I had the luxury afternoon tea. Which you get a plate of savoury and then a cake stand with a mixture of cakes and a scone. We got unlimited tea and coffee; a cappuccino and English breakfast tea. The staff are lovely and ask if you want another drink and make sure everything is okay. Overall, it is good value for money and you get a good view of Manchester whilst people watching!

Beautifully displayed, but bland food. Surroundings/decor - could be in any average cafe. Good fiendly service - until we had finished eating, then weren't asked if we wanted more drinks and found it difficult to get the waiting staff's attention. It was not busy. On the way out we discovered that the prosecco price had been doubled from the cost in the shop. If you are expecting something special from the name Harvey Nichols, you will be disappointed.

Lovely afternoon tea experience. Delicious food. Very small negatives- the ham roll was a little plain and the red velvet cake was tasty but quite dense and considering the quantity of the tea, it was very filling! However, the rest of the food was great, the champagne wonderful, the staff were excellent and the surroundings decorated for Christmas were very festive and sophisticated and the restaurant had a lovely buzz about it.

Lovely place for afternoon tea. Visited on Sunday afternoon at 1pm. Had a great table by the window which was great for people watching over exchange square. Every bit of the afternoon tea was delicious and the service was excellent.
