Excellent afternoon tea experience, although my party would have preferred larger scones and as with previous visits an offer of more cakes and scones.

We had a super afternoon, the pianist was brilliant as was the service & the food. The sausage rolls were scrummy as we’re the scones. Been back twice this month already!!!!

We had a great 2 hours in which we were served with distinction, and felt comfortable and at home straight away, the afternoon tea, sandwiches, cakes etc were top notch, we could not have asked for better or have been treated with more attention!

Amazing afternoon tea experience! The venue was gorgeous and food was amazing! My partner was on crutches following an operation and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating for us. We were offered endless tea/coffee and sandwich refills. The cakes was super but very rich so I just half of them all and was offered a box should I want to take them away. As we left we were handed a card with the afternoon tea menu as well as the scone recipe which was a lovely touch! Amazing experience and would definitely come again.

The food was good but the service was awful, we waited 20 mins for more tea and we waited for 40 mins after we had finished our sandwiches for our palet cleanser and scones then had to wait a further 10 mins for cream, very disappointed as it felt like we spent our whole experience waiting for one thing or another and that took away the whole enjoyment of the afternoon tea for me. Very disappointed as we were really looking forward to the experience.

We came on Thursday afternoon for afternoon tea and we had a great time although our waiter Roy was a little over powering. He told my friend how bad diet coke was, she had a soft drink rather than tea or coffee because she doesn't drink hot drinks and then never came back to pour my first cup which he stated he would. We just found him too much for a relaxed environment. Other than that overall was great.
