On the edge of the Cotswolds, the Holt Hotel is only 10 minutes from Blenheim Palace, 15 minutes from Bicester Village and a 25-minutes drive from Oxford Centre.

The hotel offers 87 individually styled bedrooms, as well as a restaurant, a bar, nine meeting and conference suites, free parking plus free Wi-Fi. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, TV, free tea and coffee.

Guests can enjoy a set menu at The Holt Hotel's recently refurbished open-lounge or the oustide patio with a beautiful garden backdrop. Aditionally, enjoy our bar menu at the Highwayman’s Restaurant & Bar, which stocks a range of lagers, wines and spirits.

The Holt Hotel is renowned for weddings and has a licence for civil ceremonies. In addition to picturesque gardens and grounds for those all-important photographs, The Holt Hotel can accommodate weddings and evening parties for up to 200 guests in our function rooms or can arrange for a marquee to be set up in our grounds for up to 400 people.

Was expecting much greater quality of food, I truely believe supermarket sandwiches and cakes are better quality. Service was good and the Holt is a very nice comfortable restaurant/hotel.

Enjoyed a very pleasant afternoon at The Holt, afternoon tea was lovely, nice atmosphere and decorated with Christmas tress and a lovely fire. Nice to have warm scones as some places do not do this, and nice sandwiches and cakes. We needed to do a last minute change with the sandwich's from their menu, and the were very obliging to do so.

Beautiful setting - afternoon tea in front if an open fire. Staff were extremely courteous and attentive. The free chocolates for the birthday guest was a lovely touch! And there was unlimited tea. The standard scones were deliscious and the clotted cream to die for. Disappointing the jam was in jars not a dish, there was no butter and the birthday girl's gluten free scone was more like a biscuit than a scone - too thin and shattered when split. The cakes were OK but nothing special - carrot cake and chocolate brownies pretty basic, and for £85 for three I was expecting something a bit more special - maybe at least one cream cake. The gf sandwiches were too dry to eat. Overall a lovely afternoon sipping tea in front of the fire, but turned out to be not the best birthday treat for someone who's gluten free.

A very nice hotel in Bicester. It was quiet when we visited as it was midweek but the staff were attentive, pleasant and efficient. The afternoon tea was delicious and very good value for money. The scones were warm which for me is always the mark of a good afternoon tea! We ate inside but overlooking the very pretty hotel courtyard.
