Could not fault it 1 bit Class
Beautiful experience - staff were lovely and we had a great time.
It was fantastic, really beautiful flavours. It’s was super quiet because of covid-19 but staff were optimistic and happy to carry on in a professional manner. Highly recommend
We went there to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Our waiter George was amazing and made our day even better - so Obrigada George!!!
Amazing place - will def come back.
Thank you for helping me making my friend’s bday memorable
Every year myself and one of my friends take my mum out for afternoon tea on her birthday. Yesterday it was to the Four Seasons and she had a wonderful time and we all though everything about the experience was excellent. The service was fantastic. The glasses were topped up, food was offered and options were suggested.
We would definitely go back. Another big plus was that we were not rushed at all and were actually at our table for 5 hours - we did buy 4 bottles of champagne.
Would highly recommend.
Despite the staff being incredibly kind and warm, the overall experience was a bit underwhelming. The bread on the sandwiches was quite dry, giving the impression that they had been prepared quite far in advance. We had to ask for our tea order to be taken/served at least 3 times. By the time we finally received the tea, we were close to finishing the food. The restaurant was half empty, so the delay isn’t really justifiable.
Lovely afternoon. Everything was perfect but the piano was quite loud and obstructed the ambience at times.
We had a lovely experience. Staff was very professional and attentive.
Service was fair, but to replenish the sandwiches and tea took 40 minutes after repeated requests.
The Rotunda s is a beautiful and elegant room in which to enjoy afternoon tea. We enjoy an annual festive tea in London and would really recommend this venue - quite good value in comparison to other 5 star hotels. It was suggested that we try 2 types of tea; one to complement the savoury sandwiches and the other the sweet treats. The recommendation was spot-on and much appreciated. The champagne served was superb and a good measure too! We left having feeling satiated and also having enjoyed a millionaire lifestyle - if only for two hours!
The service was terrible and we felt the food was quite average for the price.
Very pleasant atmosphere. Enjoyable music and waitstaff was great.
The Four Seasons hotel always give a surprise! Nothing better than started with a glass of champagne and we were thrilled! Love the seasonal ambience, excellent service and amazing food!
We all really enjoyed our afternoon tea on Saturday 7/12/19 at the Four Seasons Hotel where we celebrated our baby shower. Couldn’t fault anything and the live music and singing was a plus along with the fab Christmas decorations. We felt well and truly spoilt in such a wonderful historic building.
Thank you all very much!
At nearly 50 years old and having been privileged to eat at many starred establishments across the UK, I can honestly say this is one of the best experiences I have had. Anywhere.
Food, setting, ambience and service were exemplary. Special mentions for the very charming Benoit (a future hotel manager if ever there was one) and Patrick.
Incredible value too. Well done Four Seasons. We look forward to regular repeat visits.
Great place for afternoon tea! Great service and interiors!
We had a disappointing experience at High Tea. There seemed to be several missed transitions between servers. Our tea never arrived. Nobody checked on us after the tray of snacks was left on the table. Overall, I’d choose one of the other options available in London. I expect much more from the Four Season.
Fantastic afternoon tea! Food was delicious and the piano music a perfect accompaniment. Would highly recommend.
Excellent, could not fault anything!
Booked through Open Table:) BUT when I phoned to check on the booking direct with Rotunda Lounge in 4 Seasons Trinity House Hotel they had NO record of my booking. I was concerned as I had had no confirmation from anyone hence the phone call.
So having confirmed the afternoon tea for 4 of us and pre-warning them of a GF guest. Felt much more relaxed about the booking.
Rotunda Lounge is a lovely open area set in the spectacular Trinity House building which is located not far from The Tower. The Tea was wonderful from lovely selection of finger sandwiches, fresh scones and little nibble cakes. The assortment of teas on offer was amazing. There was no rush and 4 of us spent a good 2 hours chatting away. We were celebrating a very special occasion as we had come from an Investiture in The Palace and Rotunda presented our CBE lady with a special decorated plate of chocolate nibbles.
Thank U to Leo and staff for a helping make a Memorial Day even more special.
I am very impressed with the quality of food and service at four seasons. I will highly recommend this place to our friends in the states when the next tome their come to London.
Delicious tea, fab service and lovely atmosphere. Will definitely return.
Loved every moment, music usually is played around 5:30 ish, refillable teas and free sandwiches for free if necessary. But me and my date was satisfied with how full it we was already! Scones were fresh and warm. The oolong teas are a must to try! Served by Alexandre and another guy but forgot his name / all in red blazers, all professional and well mannered! Will definitely come back again if treated like this all the time! Celebrated us with a surprise 6 months relationship plate x
A big thank you to our waiter George for making our day more special. My brother’s bday celebration turn out well. It was a surprised treat for him. Four Seasons never failed to impress. George was very knowledgable and was very helpful when explaining the teas choices. His service was very special. This was the second time that we get to have George as our waiter and we are very happy with his service. He’s so warm & has made the experience more special.
We had the perfect table which was situated in front of the piano. The pianist was excellent and she played songs that brought back great memories.
The food is delicious as always. My favourite is still the coronation chicken sandwich & egg truffle sandwich. Scrumptious!
Thank you Four Seasons, it’s our 3rd time here entertaining our guests and we definitely will be back.
Visited for my birthday with my parents. Afternoon tea on a Sunday. The restaurant was 2/3 full.
My mum is a very picky eater and I'd both written to the restaurant and called them before confirming the reservation. I'd compared each item of the menu and said what replacement she would eat. I was told this would be accommodated, and I arrived expecting this to simply arrive without any fuss. Instead, we had to do the whole conversation again from scratch; my mum has high anxiety and was embarrassed and kept apologising and saying she'd eat anything - this means 'nothing '. They offered vegetarian when she eats meat, just plain meat without truffle oil, mustard or marinade. No apology.
We had a lovely time and the food was great, and I was brought a plate of chocolate truffles for my birthday. The glass of champagne was taken off the bill as a gesture. Still, I expect better from Four Seasons.
A lot of high priced hotel-restaurants all over the world offer (English) Tea Times. However the Original can't be copied. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
New to afternoon tea service? This high end experience can be yours at great value delivered in impeccable taste and served with sweetness. They’re more than thrilled to answer all of your questions and make you feel at ease even if you feel out of water removing any feelings of intimidation. Dress as you please but it’s nice to get fancy to live it out authentically. Everything is included in terms of tea, sandwiches, desserts and refills on tea and sandwiches. Enjoy! You won’t be disappointed!
The service was excellent. The food was the best and should be improved.
I am now loyal at Four Season, it is so great experience
Amazing afternoon tea experience! Quiet atmosphere, we were sitting in the middle of the Rotunda, we had the opportunity to have our tea while enjoying a live classical piano concert. We were welcomed as soon as we entered the hotel. I mentioned I was a vegetarian and they offered me a full selection of vegetarian finger sandwiches, which I really appreciated because I didn't have to advise them in advance and I wasn't offered twice the same thing; I had 5 different sandwiches which were delicious. The desserts were just as delicious and beautiful to the eye. The service was perfect, very welcoming and professional with great attention to the customers. The quality of service and food was wonderful.
I brought my adult daughter and adolescent sons - they all loved the experience. I think this memory will last a lifetime.
I’ve been to most of famous/popular afternoon tea places in London many time and I believe I’m quite familiar with it.
Sometimes I visit this hotel for drinks or lunch/dinner but this time I tried afternoon tea at here for the first time and I found this place pretty good!
They looked after us very well unlike most of the “posh” hotels in London. (Which don’t really care for customers/tables, quite often they keep us very thirsty not poring tea although they keep tea pots away from us. Or put bills even before we ask, or hard to catch their eyes etc etc)
Waitresses at here were very friendly and warm, also helpful, full of hospitality mind.
They always cared for us.
Food wise, it was good.
Really good for value.
Excellent ambience. Tables/people are not packed like other places.
I will definitely be back there with someone whose favour is not just somewhere extravagant.
The service was outstanding. We were offered advice on which teas to choose, and also able to try different teas throughout the afternoon. The food was excellent, and the vegetarian in our group was particularly impressed by her selection of sandwiches. An extremely relaxing afternoon in beautiful surroundings, celebrating a special birthday. It wouldn’t be going too far to say the afternoon was perfect, I highly recommend afternoon tea at Four Seasons Trinity Square
A great venue for afternoon tea with restrained live music, the staff are highly professional but friendly with it. The quality of the sandwiches, scones and cakes is terrific, more sandwiches were offered. The choice of teas is good and knowledgeable advice willingly given, you really are made to feel that nothing is too much trouble. We can't wait to return.
very close to Tower of London. 5 star hotel with impeccable service. Good value afternoon tea, with refills offered.
Enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea here. Service was excellent. Staff were polite, helpful and very hospitable. I would recommend and I look forward to going back.
Thank you for making a good impression of how a relaxing British afternoon tea should be. Love all my tea selection. My favourite is still the coronation chicken sandwich 🤩. Best dessert is the choc mousse with raspberry 👍🏼.
This was my first time visiting the Four Seasons and everything was perfect. The team were very attentive and the food was superb. Could not fault them in the slightest.
This was our first ever afternoon tea experience and it was the best one ever. Our host Anna was awesome. She was so friendly and attentive. She made sure we get what we asked for and also offered us complimentary hot chocolate. We were so welcomed and Anna was the best host. We were sorry not to be able to say bye to her as she left on break when we were leaving. Anyway the sandwiches were good and so were the pastries. The scones were the fest ever. Thank you very much.
