Arrived early for our afternoon tea was seated and given the tea menu the waitress that served us was friendly and bubbly she came back and took our order thats when it went downhill Another waitress dumped the tea pot on our table without any explanation and that was it 40 mins later we was still waiting for the sandwiches, cakes and scones Another party had arrived not long after us and they didn't even get the tea menu After 40 minutes I went to find someone and asked where all the waitresses had disappeared to After 5 minutes the original waitress appeared and couldn't believe that we had not had our food she did apologise but we had a train to catch and left

We had a great experience, although you may think it's expensive. The quality of the food was perfect and portion size more than expected. For the first time we couldn't finish all the food. The atmosphere of the place it's perfect for a quiet, relax tea time. We were a group of 4 adults with 1 kid and 1 baby and we felt welcome and very well served.
