   The food was excellent overall, particularly the sweet items - lovely crispy pastry. Great Earl Grey leaf tea too. Although not the cheapest afternoon tea, I would certainly recommend.

   Disappointed not a patch on the excellent afternoon tea I had previously. Although I admit it was a couple of years ago.

   reception very good staff very good when arriving did not like people from a conference room next to our table leaving door open and disturbing our afternoon tea nobody came after the first order to ask us if we required anything else (coffee / tea) maybe you should invest on a auto door closure

   Service is excellent and nothing too much trouble. The food was ok. Nothing outstanding. The serving of the tea waa awful. Large wooden easels imposing on the table and a visual block between people. It was quiet and pretty empty so very lacking in ambiance. It was ok but not the best afternoon tea experience

   Not enough of the savoury for our taste and far too heavy on the sweet things. Only 4 very tiny sandwiches each and I do mean tiny , think nursery size. No other savoury items except for a thimble size of a cold tomatoes soup don't know what that was all about! It didn't compliment anything.
