Although young in comparison to venerable Kingston and the immemorial Thames at the doorstep of 360, it remains a perfect place for a getaway, drawing together the finest cuisines and traditions from at home and across the seas to create a menu of the world which is at once timeless & thoroughly modern. Head Chef - Akshay Sabharwal who has 26 years’ experience and previously worked for Hilton Casinos, Some Elegant Boutique hotels; Emirates First class food production, F1-Sylverstone, has gained some discerning skills from reputable Michelin Starred Chefs and now has assembled a skilled team whose passion and flair make every dish both a journey and a destination. A broad wine cellar, taking in everything from sought-after prestige bottles to unassumingly delicious table wines has been assembled to accompany and enhance the dining experience. Our knowledgeable Team can guide the curious Cocktail and Whiskey connoisseurs, for which 360 is becoming famous for.
