Great service! And the food was all delicious. It was a very special time for my daughter, two young granddaughters, and me. Everything we hoped for in our Easter time afternoon tea.
Service was horrible. Server was rude. I didn’t even order Sparkling wine yet I was charged for it. Gratuity was automatically added to my bill. After the service I received I had no intention to pay the tip but didn’t have a choice. I will never go there again. It was my first time at The Phoenician and last.
By far, my favorite afternoon tea in the valley. If you have never been, give it a try.
My friends and I enjoy our annual pilgrimage to The Phoenician for afternoon tea. It never disappoints. The food, ambiance, service and music are top notch. Well worth the price!
Wonderful ambience with amazing food. Definitely come with an empty stomach!
Would have liked a closer table setting as we all felt we were too far apart.
Great experience. Service and food were awesome! Loved the pianist, but since the tea takes place in the lobby, there does tend to be a bit of noise from folks moving through the area.
The wait staff are exceptional and the atmosphere is beautiful. I’ve been to afternoon tea several times with my friends and family and have never been disappointed.
The classic tea service was wonderful. The wait staff was attentive, the pianist played to match the ambiance of a breezy afternoon, and the sandwiches and scones were divine. I understand that tea services are expensive no matter where you go but it still makes me sad sometimes how expensive.
I would certainly be back. The experience was priceless and the staff was extraordinary. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
How thankful we are to be back at Tea at the Phoenician - thank you Lilly and Wanda for the excellent service and delicious faire in a beautiful setting. It felt like time just drifted away and we were back in the elegance that is the Phoenician.
Love this place for high tea! Even as a guy I love this place. You can’t beat classy all you can eat and drink high tea!
Very special birthday tea!
Always the best! Wanda is a treasure!!
Beautiful Tea experience!
It was a delightful experience. I loved the tea, I loved the food, and the service was so friendly and full of energy! Can’t wait to go back!
Lovely place! Great service!
The pastries was delicious 😋
Easily some of the best tea I’ve ever had, along with some really food courses. Servers were very attentive and friendly, atmosphere is nice (never mind how beautiful this resort is in general), really everything is super nice and welcoming here. No doubt will try to revisit in the future.
The service, tea and view were amazing! The food is good; it is just a lot of bread/carbs. Bring your appetite, they serve a lot!
This must be one of the best afternoon tea experiences in the United States.
From the sandwiches, through the scones and then deserts, all very delectable with generous servings. Staff was very kind, attentive and welcoming.
Definitely a must do for Afternoon Tea lovers.
Wonderful tea experience!!!!
Never disappointed by the Phoenician. Staff and service are wonderful. Enjoyed the time spent with my daughter. Beautiful day and delicious treats. Champagne makes it extra special.
Amazing experience! The staff were so incredible and personable it really made for such a pleasant experience.
Loved having tea at the Phonecian. The food was great along with the view and setting.
Belated Valentine’s Day
The afternoon tea was perfect for a romantic afternoon. The food and champagne were also perfect.
As ardent Afternoon Tea affectionados, we have enjoyed Afternoon Tea throughout Europe, Canada, and the United States. Afternoon Tea at the Phoenician is, without question, the best Tea in the world. This is an experience you will cherish.
Absolutely love English Tea at the Phoenician. Such a lovely experience for anyone who attends.
The food and drink are amazing. The staff has been their for years and are such a blessing. Was very enjoying to listen to the piano while we ate and drank.
Celebrating a 50th Birthday! It was the perfect day!
Chef needs to develop more interesting finger sandwiches.. getting kind of pho hum.
This was my second tea at the Phoenician. Both experience have been wonderful. The service is outstanding; they all work beautifully together as a team. Wanda as usual made our experience memorable. We will be back.
We love Wanda
We come back every year
Have done so for 20 years
Wanda has been a big part of making our experience amazing
As always The high tea at The Phoenician is so impressive. They always do it with such grangeur, even with the change they've made due to Covid.
Highly recommend it!
We went to afternoon tea for my birthday. Wonderful experience yet we felt we waited a bit longer than other tables for our dessert course. The pianist was a nice touch
I have been taking my daughter to afternoon tea at the Phoenician once a year for the past 16 years and it is always an absolute delight and such a special time. A special thank you to Wanda and Natalie who have been there for as long as we can both remember. Their hostessing is second to none. I would highly recommend going whenever you are able to do so or or visiting from out-of-town.
A MUST do! Such a wonderful time for friends, and everything was delicious! A real treat!
Birthday fir my dear friend
Perfect for a celebration, my sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed our tea experience at The Phoenician. The food and tea were delectable and I really appreciated the delicious gluten-free options. The pianist was excellent, playing some of my favorite movie scores. We had a gorgeous view out of a panel of glass windows. The only thing that would have been helpful is that we didn't know where to park and ended up walking longer than necessary, but it was such a lovely day, we hardly noticed. I would definitely recommend the experience (and make sure to come hungry!).
As always, afternoon tea at the Phoenician was wonderful! Natalie, Wanda, and other staff provide friendly, professional service. And, Allen's piano music provides the perfect ambiance.
Took my daughter for the first time and we had a wonderful time!
