Excellent food and ambience! Truly the best service I have experienced at any restaurant for a very long time. I highly recommend the Afghan Kitchen and will definitely be back!

Highly recommend! Staff were incredibly helpful and kind, the food was extremely favourful and portions were very generous.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, tables were spaced out well and we felt very safe and comfortable dining in the restaurant. The music, decor and general ambiance was lovely.

I will absolutely be returning to Afghan Kitchen.

For me hit or miss. My 1st experience was incredible. Food and service spot on. 2nd visit Food mediocer, I suspect it was a different cook. Our 2 meals 64.00 didn't really eat mine and my daughters was dry as well 2nd visit. Was dishearted as the 1st time everything was so good.

Our server mahmood (hopefully spelled his name right) was excellent.
There was a food allergy at the table and he did his best to find out what was suitable and substituted where necessary. Excellent service and food!

We got to sit in the lower seating, it was such a fun experience! Loved the food and drinks!

We had a great meal on Valentine’s Day. Everything was great. I love the ambience and decor and especially the food.

Spices and flavors of our meal were outstanding. Service was prompt but not pushy. Our only concern was that as the evening progressed the music got louder instead of softer.

Food and service were excellent! We returned because we love Mom's Secret Cake (and got two this time so we didn't have to share). Felt covid-safe, and well taken care of.

The food was good. A little heavy on the rice on the platter. Could do with half as much. Would have rather ordered the kabob platter. Next time.

We’ve been going to this place every 2 weeks for the past few months .
During the beginning of Co vid this restaurant provided us with meals at our care home for us health care workers / we fell in love with the food and ever since we’ve been eating at the restaraunt - the food Is amazing , the drinks spectacular and the service outstanding ! Food extremely tasty. We had the meal for 2. The size initially looks intimidating but all dishes light and we had no trouble eating except for some rice.
Best dish was the well spiced chicken gosh. Chicken kebab was good but could have used a little more garlic for my taste. The veggie appetizers spectacular.
Will definitely go again and take friends when there are less covid restrictions.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. The table was beautifully set on arrival, with water poured and a full jug, and menus artfully displayed at each place setting. As vegetarians, we appreciated that we could choose from about half of the menu. The rosewater ice cream alone was worth the visit!!

What can I say....Exceptional customer service and amazing food!

We started with the orange hummus that was served with yummy and fluffy Afghan bread. The flavour was lovely with a little bit of heat. (We were so hungry, I forgot to take photos of the appie!)

For our mains, my boyfriend and his son both ordered the Chicken Kebabs and I had the (vegetarian) Aushak. Great choices and very generous portions! We definitely had enough to take home for enjoying. I had enough for two days worth of meals! The guys enjoyed their chicken and my vegetarian dish was to-die-for delicious!!

We were also curious about "Mum's secret" dessert... so of course, we had to order one (with three spoons). Not sure what kind of cake it was, but it was lovely! It looked almost like a tres leches cake!

Thank you everyone at the Afghan Kitchen for a truly wonderful dining experience! We will definitely be back!
