Aerial offers an intimate oceanview dining experience in Cruz Bay, St. John. We are located at The Saint Resort, but open to the public with a reservation. With limited seating and a focus on elevated service, Aerial is designed for guests who appreciate thoughtfully prepared cuisine and a stunning atmosphere.

Our menu features fresh seafood including oysters, lobster, mussels, and snapper, perfectly prepared steaks, vegetarian options, and house-made desserts. The signature Hot Stone Experience allows guests to cook proteins tableside over sizzling volcanic stone.

Best meal we've had in St John in years. Everything was amazing - but the croutons on the Cesaer Salad were rediculous. Many thanks to Vincent and the team - you are going to be hugely successful!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Experience – Aerial Restaurant, St. John I took my husband to Aerial Restaurant in St. John for Father’s Day, and it was an absolute gem of an experience. Though the restaurant was quiet when we arrived, the peaceful ambiance was perfect for a relaxed afternoon. We were warmly welcomed by Tyler, who acted as greeter, server, and bartender — and handled each role with friendliness and professionalism. He really made us feel at home. The menu was a brunch-style offering, leaning more toward breakfast, with just a couple of lunch items — but what they had was done exceptionally well. We shared the steak salad, which was beyond amazing. The standout was this crispy fried item on top, filled with a creamy center — I’m not entirely sure what it was, maybe a stuffed bread of sorts, but it was unforgettable. Highly recommend that salad! For mains, my husband had the chicken and waffles with plantains (which was a brilliant Caribbean twist), and I had the pulled pork bowl — packed with flavor and very filling. The portions were generous; even though we shared the salad, the chef thoughtfully plated it into two separate dishes for us. I couldn’t finish my bowl because the salad alone had me so satisfied, and I ended up taking the rest home. The cocktails were excellent, and to top it all off, the chef surprised us with a complimentary coconut ice cream — a delicious, creamy, and refreshing treat that was the perfect end to our meal. There was live entertainment during brunch and we had the chance to look around the boutique hotel, which has great potential and charm. The dining space is intimate, so I can already imagine it being fully booked once the season picks up. All in all, a fantastic spot — flavorful food, exceptional service, and a relaxing setting. We’ll definitely be back!

The entire staff was fantastic. The chef came out and spent a few minutes with us. The waitress and bar tender was great. We enjoyed it so much we went back the next night and took our adult kids. They also enjoyed it very much.

Delicious food, creative menu, and spectacular location with amazing views (especially at sunset). Service still working out some kinks - don’t go expecting a “quick” service experience. It was fine for our all-adult family group; we enjoyed the leisurely pace, but some might find it “slow”. This place is definitely a keeper though.

We came for dinner the first week of June. The view from the restaurant over the bay is beautiful and staying for the sunset is definitely worth. We even got a visit from the resident Peacock. We started our evening with drinks and the Parmesan truffle fries for an appetizer. The fries come in a coconut bowl with some confit garlic, the fries are in the shape of potato sticks. They were quite tasty. We ordered the Crispy Whole Grouper (impressive presentation) and the Chicken Milanese. Both of these dinners were fine. We did not order dessert but they had some nice offerings. We realize that they’ve only been open for a little over a month so we chalked the evening up to them working out the kinks.
