A stylish steakhouse, sushi counter and cocktail bar with panoramic views of downtown Toronto, Aera celebrates the art of contemporary American cuisine. Presenting a range of superior steaks and chops, a seasonal raw bar, and creative reimaginings of beloved comfort dishes, Aera promises peak indulgence 38 floors above the city.

Please note that all reservations from 2:30–5pm from Monday to Friday, after 10pm from Monday to Wednesday, and after 11pm from Thursday to Saturday will be offered our bar bites menu. For our full à la carte lunch and dinner menus, please make a reservation during our regular dining hours.

    Great atmosphere and the food was delicious. Our server was preoccupied with other tables and did not refill water despite asking. I didn’t feel like the allergies at our table were taken seriously. We ordered the seafood tower and were instructed to “avoid sauces”. But this was very vague instruction and it would have been helpful to circle back and confirm if any of the cooked fish dishes should be avoided. The guest ended up eating almost nothing. The sushi was served and it took a long time and us asking to get the soya sauce and serving utensils for the shared dishes. It was a noticeable mark because the rest of the experience was so wonderful.

    Xavier did an amazing job as our waiter, also the guy in the bathroom was super kind and polite. The host was terrible and after one hour she asked us to move to a different table because they were having a big group coming, the restaurant was half empty and she put us on the bar in a very rude way, we spend almost 200$ with cocktails and appetizers and we didn’t deserve to be treated like that.

    Lots of great options on the menu but unfortunately not all dishes delivered on the taste. Burata and beet salad (usually a staple for us) was very bland. All of the Sushi options we had were great. The lobster pasta wasn’t great although the maple glazed fish was great. A bit of a hit and miss and shouldn’t be when you’re paying top dollar for dinner. cocktails and bar area are great and the service is unparalleled.
