Presenting a range of superior steaks and chops, a seasonal raw bar, and creative reimaginings of beloved comfort dishes, Aera promises peak indulgence 38 floors above the city.

Please note that all reservations from 2:30–5pm from Monday to Friday, after 10pm from Monday to Wednesday, and after 11pm from Thursday to Saturday will be offered our bar bites menu. For our full à la carte lunch and dinner menus, please make a reservation during our regular dining hours.

Crafted by O&B Corporate Executive Chef Anthony Walsh and the Aera culinary team, this exclusive five-course dinner draws from Argentina’s rich grilling traditions and communal dining culture. With deep regional roots and strong European influences, Argentinian cuisine is known for its bold, rustic flavours. Featuring premium cuts of beef, fresh seafood, and expertly prepared seasonal vegetables, thoughtfully paired with wines from Zuccardi Valle de Uco — one of Argentina’s most acclaimed wineries. Please note: seating is communal, and space is limited. Rain Plan: in the event of inclement weather, the dinner will be hosted indoors on the 38th floor in Aera’s private dining room.

I’m not sure where to begin but let’s start with the good. The food was very tasty and the restaurant was beautiful. Now the bad. I don’t know what happened with the restaurant operations the night we went but here is an honest on assessment of our experience. I organized a bachelorette party to be celebrated at Aera. I made this reservation about three weeks prior. The week before this event, I called to modify my reservation to increase the party size. I called again, two days before the event to firm up the numbers and found out that my previous request wasn’t honoured. This was the first red flag. When we arrived at the restaurant, the hostess, who sat us at our table (miserably if I may add), advised that there was a policy in place because It was summerlicious. They told us that either the whole table has to participate or for those who are not, their individuals minimum spend would be $100. Tell me why this was not disclosed when I originally made the reservation? Especially when I specifically said that we are coming for the summerlicious menu. In my experience , this would always be disclosed by the restaurant and not at the last minute. Big Second red flag. We had to negotiate with our server about this and we are grateful he was accommodating, so thank you. I understand it was a Friday night and that it was also summerlicious, but how were we waiting over TWO HOURS to be served the main course? I thought this was a little ridiculous given that an automatic 20% gratuity was applied against our party. The bathroom situation was also disappointing. When I went, there was no toilet paper in any of the stalls. I had to ask a male patron to go steal one from the men’s washroom so that I can have some to use. I did see that one of the managers rushed in to refill, but a restaurant at this standard, you think that they would be more proactive. 3/10 - food was the only redeeming factor. Do not recommend. Consider another place if you value your $.

The worst restaurant in Toronto I run a dining out group with 10k + members and I will message them to warn them about this place The staff are down right rude (manager looked at her watch while talking to me ) Service was terrible - we were charged 20 % auto gratuity and we had the worse service They kept changing their minds about policies Hopefully this restaurant does not stay in business

A restaurant is more than just a place to fill your stomach — it should create memories, warmth, and moments you’d want to share. Sadly, our recent experience at Aera fell short of that. We chose Aera for a special occasion, a birthday surprise, hoping it would be memorable and worth the anticipation. I even noted the celebration in the reservation, but from the moment we arrived, nothing felt personalized. There was no warm welcome — instead, the pace felt rushed and transactional. We had booked for Summerlicious but were also open to exploring their full menu. As it was our first visit, we expected at least a brief introduction or explanation of the menu, but our server didn’t bother to guide us. When our drinks arrived, the brighter side of the evening, we were enjoying them when suddenly the server came back, wordlessly grabbed the drinks, replaced them with the correct ones, and walked away — no apology, no explanation. This lack of even basic courtesy set the tone. When appetizers arrived, the food itself was good, but the experience continued to feel hurried and awkward. We were still enjoying our oysters and in the middle of a conversation when the server tried to clear the plate — even though there was still food left. Throughout the meal, staff kept passing by, giving strange looks, checking if we were done, as if they wanted to rush us out. The constant interruptions were distracting and made it hard to enjoy the evening. To be fair, the food was delicious and the views beautiful. But a great dining experience is not just about good food or pretty scenery — it’s about the memories and the hospitality that make you want to come back. Unfortunately, the service at Aera lacked warmth, care, and joy. It even seemed like the staff themselves weren’t happy to be there, which reflected in how they treated guests. We spent almost $500 on this dinner, and it’s disappointing to say it was one of the worst experiences we’ve had at a restaurant of this caliber.

Summerlicious food was mid .. atmosphere was beautiful. I’m hoping regular a la carte menu would be better than what was served for summerlicious.

Great views! The food was ok. Incredibly expensive for mid quality food. Salmon filet was smaller than ones you find in a grocery store. Service was a miss. Service should be top tier for a restaurant like this. Took over 30 minutes for the first round of drinks to arrive. Food orders were missed. This was a business meal with 8 people. I likely will not be choosing this restaurant for future business meals.

The atmosphere and view at Aera are absolutely beautiful — definitely one of the highlights of the experience. It was quite busy during our visit, which led to slower service. Unfortunately, our water wasn’t refilled, and there was a long wait between the appetizer and main course. It seemed like they could’ve used a few more servers to keep up with the pace. As for the food, it didn’t quite match the setting. My steak was overcooked, and overall, the dishes didn’t stand out as much as I had hoped. That said, Aera is still worth checking out for the vibe and ambiance alone. While I wouldn’t say it has the best food in the city, the overall experience has its charm.

We were shown to our table and the first thing the hostess said was “you have until 9:15 pm to eat”! It was said in a way that just seemed so rude. We knew we had a time limit given it was Summerlicious, while a reminder might have been helpful, she didn’t say hello or welcome just you’ll have to be out of here soon. Not a nice way to start our birthday dinner. The server was great. The food was great, except for the tenderloin, which was cooked beyond well done and was so chewy and tough. The Tuna app was awesome! Servings were huge too. At first the dance music was loud, then it got softer, but at 9:00 pm it was so loud we felt like we were at a disco, not an elegant restaurant. The server did bring us a lovely dessert with a sparkler which was very nice. Not sure if we’ll be back. But, great food!!
