Crafted by O&B Corporate Executive Chef Anthony Walsh and the Aera culinary team, this exclusive five-course dinner draws from Argentina’s rich grilling traditions and communal dining culture. With deep regional roots and strong European influences, Argentinian cuisine is known for its bold, rustic flavours. Featuring premium cuts of beef, fresh seafood, and expertly prepared seasonal vegetables, thoughtfully paired with wines from Zuccardi Valle de Uco — one of Argentina’s most acclaimed wineries. Please note: seating is communal, and space is limited. Rain Plan: in the event of inclement weather, the dinner will be hosted indoors on the 38th floor in Aera’s private dining room.
