A message from Chef-Owner Bill Trudnowski: I love pasta! I love garlic! In fact, I love the aromas and flavors that make up the global influence of foods from our Pacific Northwest. Adriatic Grill is the embodiment of my passion for Italian and Mediterranean cuisines. Our Award winning, family run Adriatic Grill is steeped in rich European style and tradition, with welcoming family hospitality. Our cuisine is influenced by the many countries surrounding the Adriatic Sea. Our menu is seasonal, using local products, made fresh with the highest quality ingredients: hand made pizza dough…fresh fin fish and shellfish…meatballs made one at a time…hand selected choice quality steaks and chops…sauces, soups and desserts made in our kitchen daily. We are proud to be a part of the South Sound community and look forward to serving you.

I say date but we have been married 27 years. We love Adriatic Grill from past experiences and learned to go early as it can take a long time if it’s too busy. Reservations were for 4:30, arrived early, seated quickly. Almost no one there. And yet it was 5:45 before we had appetizers. Really slow for Adriatic Grill. But excellent food.

Our Valentine's Dinner with my family was really nice at the Adriatic Grill. Everyone's entry was excellent, except my husband's Chicken Parm, which was slightly burnt. The bread was fresh, salads very tasty and my Linguine with Clams was delightful. Our Lemon Drop cocktails were also lovely. Our server was Anna, and she provided excellent and friendly service to our table.

Our first time to the Adriatic grill. It is always good to find a locally owned Italian restaurant. The specials sounded good however we chose a couple more traditional dishes. Rigatoni with Bolognese and spaghetti and meatballs. I loves the Bolognese sauce, just the right amount of spices for me. The spaghetti and meatballs was very traditional. Both of these are great litmus tests for my wife and I. We will definitely return to make our way through the menu.

the food is usually good and we were satisfied. the service was terrible. considering that we were trying to spent time with friends. the server was not skilled at when to interrupt, how to serve, what utensils to bring and mostly when to be around and when not to. If we were not with company, we would have requested a different server.

I ordered the chicken Alfredo. Me being who I am couldn’t eat it all because the taste of the noodles felt very greasy.

The food is consistently very good. However the service was exceptionally poor. Compelled to dramatically reduce tip in response. Serious enough to question returning.

I really like this place but it was a bad night for my server and the kitchen. They were out of two of the menu items I ordered, and the server brought a different entree from what I ordered as well. She wasn’t apologetic about it, and didn’t seem to know what was available on the menu.

We love Adriatic for special occasions.

Watch the candles though. I love having candles but every menu at our table had spots where they had melted from being held over candles.

Our worst experience here. We’ve been patrons for years and have loved it but not tonight. Almost 2 hours and never got dessert to go with our cold coffee. Will try again but we’re very disappointed this time.

This time I had the polenta for an appetizer and the Chicken Peperonata for my entree. Both were amazing! I highly recommend them! The sauce for the polenta is pretty spicy (which I loved) so a word of caution for those who are sensitive.

As in the past, our experience at Adriatic Grill was fantastic. The food was creative and flavorful, server was friendly. And the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food. Because it's a "grill" the noise level was a bit high for quiet conversation, but overall fine. A great meal.

The food and service are consistently great here. The chicken Parmesan is delicious. My husband wasn't feeling well and the waitress took time to help him with a light selection. Our son loves the pizza.
