We love this restaurant - especially at Christmas time. But it's great any time of the year.

Great service and food! Love their guacamole and preparation presentation!!

The place was nice but we ate at the Adobe then tried to move down closer to evening music and were told it was for diners? There was a family with three small boys riding in and out of the guest on scooters! Parents did nothing and staff took a long time to finally out a stop to it. Guest were not happy.
Anyway, the place is gorgeous we’ve stayed there many times. Food not so great and Adobe staff was mediocre. Our waiter was great though

We love the outdoor seating there they have created a very nice ambience. And of course this time is here with the Christmas tree at the La Quinta Resort and all the decorations it is very special. That’s food is even better than I remember in the past I think they have improved it a lot and the live music is great.

Great dinner even with the whole social distance thing going on. We liked the resort so much we extended our stay and extra night and ate here both nights. I had the cheese enchiladas and even as a devote carnivore they were excellent. My spouse had the beef fajitas which were also well flavored and tender. Second night we did the beef tacos, which were outstanding. We highly recommend getting the guacamole made at the table as it's chucky and well seasoned. Service was outstanding, attentive without being intrusive. Plenty of outdoor heaters to keep you warm.

Ambience was great with string lights set up outdoors. Food was really good for a different Thanksgiving meal. I had mole chicken emolladas, my son had skirt steak fajitas that were really good, and my other son and wife had taco plates they both said we're great.

The gentleman that brought water and chips was very surly and grumpy. The waitress was nice but very inattentive. Took a long time to place order and at least 15 minutes to get check after table was cleared.

We will probably be back when we come at Christmas, more for the setting and the food than the staff.

This is our favorite restaurant in La Quinta and we go here every time we come down to stay at our home in the desert. It is such a beautiful location and atmosphere . The food is on time and delicious. Our servers are always very personable and professional. It is terrific dining for a couple or a family. Without reservation, we highly recommend this Mexican food restaurant to everyone. You will not be sorry. I love the flan for dessert if you have room after dinner. Enjoy and don’t forget to make a reservation ahead of time on open table so you don’t have to wait to be seated.👍👍👍

Ambiance was great, social distancing easy, lights and Christmas decor made it really festive, it is my favorite place in La Quinta for outdoor dining. Chips and salsa amazing. Margaritas definitely did not have enough tequila in them though, and for $18 each they should.

When at the resort, Adobe is an excellent option. The atmosphere is really fun and you feel like you are really on vacation. The food is so-so overall. Salsa and guac is excellent.

We were seated by the kitchen. Bussers were sheepish g dirty dishes past constantly. Our fault for staying at this lousy table.

Given the COVID context, we appreciated the outdoor set-up and the graciousness of the staff. However, for the price, the food was average and the cocktails were below average - far too sweet and it was obvious they’re pre-made.

The menu is understandably limited compared to past experiences but the execution is still on point. Lovely place and atmosphere with top notch service.

This place has been incredibly busy our whole stay and the kids food and our own of 8 people comes out within 5-10 mins and is great.

Excellent service, good food and beautiful atmosphere. Just make sure you are aware of the prices.

Excellent music and service. The food is very solid, but not worth the outrageous price. My Mom and I shared an entree, my son had three street tacos and we all shared an order of guacamole and a pitcher of margaritas for a whopping $150! With tip, the dinner was close to $200 for 3 people. Next time, I’ll seek Mexican food in Old Town La Quinta. I love the resort, but this was crazy!

This place is not good @ all I order a drink and it was ther wrong one food was not good had it returned and left

Tables spaced out nicely throughout courtyard. Beautiful ambiance. Friendly staff and great food. Margheritas a little expensive with little alcohol. Other than that, perfect!

Everything was great including the weather. Due to COVID-19 Adobe offers a limited menu that is a nice variety. Excellent experience as always.

Well you have 100 tequila inly wait or bartender cheats! I did not get Clase Azul. We drink it all the time and know the taste. Also paths to serve in a water glass for $16 a shot. Waiter did not really accomate our food order either. We did not wants beans and rice due to diet constraints and he refused any other option. Still brought some. Very unprofessional. Can’t believe this is a Waldorf property with such poor service!!!

We both ordered fajitas - steak was excellent, chicken however was dry but flavorful. Had a mango and regular margarita - very unremarkable and only a touch of alcohol - but huge. Servers were very nice and reasonably attentive. Price for fajitas well above normal but you pay for the view and that is well worth it. A gorgeous environment. Make sure to go early enough to see it. Otherwise, it is just another Mexican restaurant and there are others that would be better for the food. Dog friendly place.

Was seated promptly for our reservation. Meal great, loved the warm chips and salsa that came with waters right when we sat down. Great waitress, Delia

Great food. Lots of expansive patio dining. Beautiful mountain views.

Margaritas were incredibly watery (perfecto, cucumber, regular and skinny) so we asked them to be remade. The server was polite about it but it must be the recipe because the second batch was just the same. Our server was very pleasant and took our order quickly. Our entrees arrived within minutes of our order. In fact, so quickly that we thought there must’ve been a mistake in the kitchen. Our guacamole starter however did not show up until we had completely finished our entrée. The guacamole was very salty and we tend to over salt our food! In previous years I’ve been to Adobe and just loved it. Food, ambiance, service all were terrific. Based on that I will try again and hope that this was just an off night. But had I not been there before I would never go again. The salsa is delicious. That was unchanged.

Good food. They should cut the tails off the shrimp for the fajitas. There... that’s my snarky little entitled customer comment. Guacamole made fresh for the table is a highlight. Right now it’s all outdoors. It’s honestly very nice. Live music on weekends is a nice touch.

Evening at Adobe Grill is magical! The food is good, not great & it's a bit pricey. But, when is comes to ambiance, they knock it out of the park!!!

Had not been to the Adobe in several years. It was better than I remember. Even amid COVID, the ambiance and scenery were idyllic. Food was delicious and service was excellent.

We had an amazing time! Great food and ambiance. Will definitely come again.

Even with adaptations due to COVID protocols, the dinner ambiance and experience was lovely, the food wonderful and as always the staff and service excellent.

The food is excellent. he patio setting is great. The Margaritas are delicious.
